Friendly staff
Too many lifts
Good location
Room was clean and tidy
Front entrance was tired with broken door no note of this by email
Heat in reception area was too much and uncomfortable for checking in
Not all facilities were available
It’s always very welcoming. Friendly staff and great hotel rooms
nice room
Location for my work. Cleanliness , efficiency of staff.Close to town and station.
Price of wine.
Good location. Friendly staff. Good room size.
Very tired decor. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. Curtains did not join so large sections of light flooded in once the sun came up. Where the kettle was placed there was no plug.
Ottima location
Location, close to city centre
Everything else was horrible. The car park was hard to enter, the staff rude and apathetic, the room was dirty and smelly, the gym was barely functioning. I found it hard to get the simplest of things like an invoice. This stay was awful
Very bad
Very bad
Satisfied with everything
Clean
Bar closed despite being a busy weekend and hotel busy. Guests expected to pay to use pool and sauna etc. should be free to guests
No much staff were ok but just gave me an email to send my complaint to no offer of compensation or to
Look at my room to understand my concerns
My room stank of mould and damp the carpet was saturated and I think it was a leak from the bathroom shower maybe I checked in late and was so tired I just need to sleep with my disability I have to go with what my body can do.
However I should have complained then and changed rooms as it was very bad. Before I left the room I informed reception that the problem was very bad and they should not use room 701 again until they repaired the problem as it was awful. They did not come up to see just advised me of an email to send my complaint too. When I checked out they were apologetic and gave me a slip of paper with email on but I got the impression that this was not the first time?
I have taken pics small video of the carpet and when I got home and opened my boot of my car it stank of mould and damp of the room so it was that bad. I have had to wash the whole contents plus my coat it was that bad.
Will send to the email now to advise them too not to use this room until it can be repaired. Mould spores can be very nasty and cause chest and breathing problems so I hope it does not affect me as I have enough problems already, and also no one else who needs an accessible room should have to pay over £220 for a room which could make them ill.
The location was great for what we needed, the water pressure and heat when using the shower/bath was really good. View was good from our room
The carpet in our room was very stained, there was no heating as it was broken we had a very small oil radiator which was not efficient at heating the room. When we checked in the person on the desk tried to still say we needed to pay despite me showing that the room had been paid for in advance and their shirt was horrendously creased which didn’t leave a great impression
