Needs some TLC, car park is extortionate for leaving a car on a bit of ground, staff were lacklustre apart from the chef at breakfast, felt a bit soulless, no champers in the room on arrival though requested, sauna wasn’t working, steam room smells like feet, hotel receptionists weren’t welcoming, warm or overly friendly, the spa receptionist kept calling me “mate”, tea and coffee not replenished daily, coffee pod machine didn’t have any cups to go with it, and no tall glasses in the room. Basically rather disappointing stay overall.
Breakfast was the best thing about the stay.
Random people shouting, swearing, banging on our door and the door opposite resulting in police interviewing people in the corridor at 3 in the morning. When we complained the desk staff assured us someone would be in touch. Several emails and endless phone calls later still no response. Unless you want a really disturbed night I'd avoid like the plague
Lovely , clean and roomy hotel in a great location. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay.
The spa was not the best, hot tub was only warm, the spa was a very cold experience.

The first room we sent to was dirty and not that I thought I had paid for. On speaking to the staff, we upgraded our room which was lovely but this was very dated. No complimentary drinks as with other rooms and missing cups etc.
The hotel is located 5 mins far from train station with so many shops and restaurants nearby. Staff are welcome and friendly,room clean and spacious.
Great location for shopping and hotel has a car park. Spa and swimming pool. Lovely big comfortable beds. Great views from the 12th floor panoramic bedroom!

We booked this spa day for much-needed relaxation and swapped our work shifts to be there. Unfortunately, the day was handled poorly. After being told our treatments were canceled, then reinstated, and then canceled a second time, we felt our time was wasted.
While we understand that staff illness is out of your control, the conflicting information from the reception desk was frustrating. We remained patient and flexible, but we feel the level of service and professional courtesy did not meet the standard we expected.
The location was excellent and the rooms were well equipped clean.
When we arrived to check in at 5pm the room wasn’t ready. We were surprised as check in starts at 3pm. The gentleman who checked us in didn’t look up from his computer or make any eye contact with us. We ended up with one twin room and one double instead of two doubles. Also the tv didn’t work in the double room.
