Great location and helpful staff.
Pros:

Great location for flying out of or into that terminal. It doesn’t even require a shuttle ride if you’re in the terminal. For other terminals, there’s an easy to use free shuttle service.

Cons:

It was all good. It’s in the terminal, so dining options are limited to what’s there

Pros:

1月26日（月）熊本から羽田乗り継ぎで新千歳空港に行く予定でしたが、大雪で欠航になりました。急遽貴ホテルに予約した所2部屋取れましたので宿泊致しました。救急の予約なので料金や部屋のこと等心配しておりましたが、フロントの方が大変丁寧に対応いただきました、家内も孫も不安がっておりましたが、大変安心して宿泊出来ました。チェックアウトの時もフロアーに若い男性が数名おられて大変好感の持てる対応でした。翌日11時の便で無事新千歳に行くことが出来ました。皆様有難うございました。

ベッドが少し老朽化してるかな？でも緊急事態でしたから文句は言いません。

Good airport hotel
Pros:

Located in Terminal 2 that is very convenient for early flight. Many restaurants in Terminal 2 and room size for twin bed is spacious. Breakfast is all right with many choices.
