No me gusto que en ningún momento te dicen que si el estacionamiento se llena tienes que dejas tu auto afuera o ir a otro estacionamiento de paga, otro punto es que el elevador se llega a trabar ( yo me quedé encerrada y se fue la luz ),en cuestión de la habitación una de las luminarias que está junto a la cama estaba fundida,en el baño debería haber otra tarja ya que si abres la regadera y aunque cierres la puerta ,se filtra el agua y todo el piso del baño se queda encharcado,de igual manera un poco de mantenimiento a sus habitaciones ya que se notan algunas imperfecciones

Pros:

Me decepcionó muchisimo que no se parece a las fotos, tengan cuidado en reservar habitación en que sea una que tenga balcón ya que las demás desprendía un olor a humedad terrible, entre otras cosas ya que estaba un poco empolvado, y bueno me dieron al final la habitación que quisieron (de las que me podían dar) porque cuando llegué a casi dos horas de haber iniciado el check in, no estaba lista aún la habitación

Cons:

Personal que maneje mejor las reservas. Fotografías que sean adhoc al cuarto que se está bookeando, ya que las que están en booking en vd no tienen nada de que ver a la habitación que me dieron.

It could be better.
Pros:

The lobby are is great!.

Cons:

Elevetar is really dangerous.
When I push the elevator bottom to go down it make a sound like “emergency”. I have to go down by using the stairs . It was harder since I have a knee issue.

On my second day, I get into the elevator and it stops in the middle of the way… it was so scary!..

I warned the people on the lobby. The answer was: “ about a week the elevator had a maintenance “.
