Hotel sobrevalorado, condiciones sanitarias pésimas
Pros:

La piscina, grande y bien cuidada

Cons:

La limpieza. Nos encontramos dos noches seguidas con cucarachas en la habitación por la noche.
Cuando ocurrió la segunda noche, exigimos un cambio de habitación, a la 01:00am. Nos dijeron que era imposible durante la noche. Después de discutir 45 min y pedir por fin la hoja de reclamación, de golpe accedieron a nuestra petición y sí no cambiaron la habitación. No nos ofrecieron ninguna compensación.

A parte de eso, las habitaciones ya llevan demasiados años sin renovar.

Perfect holiday with my daughter - can’t wait to return!
Pros:

Really lovely property & in a great location. The pool was great & you are within a short walk to the beach. The breakfast had a great selection & my daughter especially liked the pancakes & Nutella. The staff are attentive & the cleaning service of the rooms was outstanding. Beautiful hotel & staff & can’t wait to return.

Cons:

My only preference would be a mini bar in the room or drink/snack facilities of an evening, due to being a single parent, but this is not essential & our stay was fantastic!

la localización y la piscina junto con el buffet y todas las actividades que tiene

Cons:

demasiado ruido directo a la habitación debido a los vehiculos de transporte que suministran el supermercado y el hotel. Aparcan justo debajo de las habitaciones y el sonido es muy fuerte

La primera habitación que me dieron tenía un ruido de un motor continuo. Pedí que me la cambiaran y me dieron una nueva la instante. La nueva habitación era perfecta.
