Les jardins, piscine et l'environnement sont très bien
La climatisation est très faible et insuffisante.
Le wifi fonctionne très mal.
Es war dem Namen entsprechend herrlich ruhig (bis auf eine Ultraschallgerät, das von einer Ecke/der grossen Liege am Pool zu hören war)!
Das Zimmer war sehr gross und sauber.
Balkon gut. Viel Kunst. Schokomousse sehr lecker.
Die Dusche war anstrengend (eigentlich gefährlich!) und sehr schwer ein- und auszusteigen (in einer grossen Badewanne mit Glas).
Das Bett war sehr hart, aber wir konnten dennoch gut schlafen.
Das Sofa müsste man erneuert werden.
Das Essen war im Schnitt sehr qualitativ eher mittelmässig (der Cesar’s Salad war allerdings sehr gut).
Beide Pools hatten viel Schimmel oder Ähnliches an den Fliesen.
Das Frühstück konnte uns für den Preis geschmacklich und qualitativ nicht überzeugen.

A repeat visit as it is so lovely. Perfect location, exceptional and charming staff,clean and peaceful with the best breakfasts ever. We loved the pool,sitting on our balcony and having lunch or drinks by the pool. Dinner menu is quite small but there are also a few good restaurants in Cala San Vicente
A shame that the hotel have switched from providing pool towels to providing each room with two thin cloths which they call towels but are more like tablecloths. We were not the only guests regretting the change.

Lo primero que destacaría es que se trata de un hotel familiar, y eso se nota desde el primer momento en el trato cercano, profesional y auténticamente amable de todo el personal. Te hacen sentir bienvenido y cuidado durante toda la estancia.
La ubicación es sencillamente fantástica. Un entorno de gran belleza, con vistas al mar y a la montaña, rodeado de tranquilidad y silencio. Es el lugar perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar del paisaje mallorquín sin aglomeraciones ni ruido.
El hotel transmite elegancia, buen gusto y una atención al detalle que se aprecia en todos los espacios.
Mención especial merece el desayuno, probablemente el mejor que hemos disfrutado en nuestros viajes. Cada día ofrecen elaboraciones y especialidades diferentes, con productos de gran calidad y una presentación impecable. Es un auténtico placer comenzar así la jornada.
También queremos destacar la zona de piscina y jardines, donde además existe servicio de bar y restaurante. Tanto la atención como la calidad de la comida nos parecieron excelentes, convirtiéndose en uno de nuestros lugares favoritos del hotel para relajarnos.
En definitiva, un alojamiento al que esperamos volver y que recomendamos sin ninguna duda a quienes busquen tranquilidad, calidad, elegancia y un trato humano excepcional.

Wonderful luxury hotel, quiet and with excellent facilities. Very large comfortable room with separate seating area and balcony with sea and mountain views. Lovely large garden/pool area with 2 pools, lots of sun loungers in both sunny and shaded locations, and always open bar. Beautiful restaurant area serving excellent buffet breakfast with daily "specials", plus lunch and dinner menus with interesting local and continental dishes, and reasonably priced wines. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location in a quiet position but only a short walk (500m) from the nearest beach
