Great staff and location
Pros:

The location is exceptional for exploring the whole of Bruge. The staff were warm and welcoming, from check in to the bar staff, they all had time for a chat.

Cons:

I booked a room with a balcony- unfortunately it was a shared balcony- as a none smoker, it meant I couldn’t take advantage of using it as the other guests were and made use of it.

Una location perfetta per visitare Bruges, ci tornerei.
Pros:

La posizione è ottima, praticamente in centro ma fuori dalla ressa, entro due minuti a piedi ci sono ci sono tutti i servizi (pub, ristoranti, supermercato, caffè, barbiere, parcogiochi). Le piazze principali anche si raggiungono in 5/8 minuti di passeggiata. La colazione varia e di buona qualità. Lo staff molto disponibile e cordiale, la struttura è ben tenuta.

Cons:

Ho pernottato in una tripla, la stanza era piccolina ma immagino sia una costante a Bruges.

Absolutely perfect!!
Pros:

Impeccable !
Pros:

Hôtel vraiment parfait ! Personnel très sympathique, chambre très propre et superbe petit déjeuner ! Emplacement à deux pas du centre ville tout en restant au calme. Parking à l’hôtel

Cons:

Je met juste un 9 à la place du 10 pour l’eau de la piscine pas assez chauffée
