Escribí al hotel porque por problemas personales de salud finalmente no pudimos asistir al viaje, solicité por un día de retraso la cancelación gratuita y directamente la petición me la rechazaron, ni siquiera se preocuparon en el por qué de la cancelación...entiendo que esa habitación estaba reservada pero al menos podrían haber tenido un poco de comprensión o detalle, ya que se generó un gasto completo que no pudimos disfrutar y no nos ofrecieron ni el cambio de fecha ni nada por el estilo.

La ubicación es buena

Cons:

El aire acondicionado está modificado para que no baje de 24 grados, lo cual encuentro absurdo si el hotel está caliente y por ende las habitaciones. Hace dos noches hubo 3 apagones y desde allí el aire nunca volvió a servir… pedimos cambio de habitación y en esa tampoco servía…
Hubo una noche que algún animal estaba en las sábanas y nos picó por todo el cuerpo generando una reacción alérgica que aún tenemos en el cuerpo. No sabemos si las sábanas estaban bien lavadas pero la verdad fue muy incómodo pasar la noche así. En fin, creo que tienen puntos que mejorar.

Pros:

Cena adekwatna do standardu. Łóżka są małe i niewygodne ale jest czysto. Lokalizacja blisko morza ze świetnym dojazdem do centrum. Na śniadanie mały wybór, ciągle to samo ale głodny nie wychodziłem. Za tą cenę polecam.
