Приемлемая цена, хороший персонал. Отличное месторасположение.
Pros:

Очень красивый вид на город, у нас был 404 номер. Есть мини бар - за доп оплату можно брать напитки в холодильнике.

Cons:

Нет халатов. Из средств гигиены только шампунь в миниатюре. Шторы и тюли не первой свежести на окнах. Завтраки на 7 из 10, не вау. Нас не заселили рано утром, даже за доп оплату, пришлось ждать 14 часов, после ночного перелета это не совсем приятно (

Pros:

l'emplacement était super. 15 minutes de marche du centre ville. les déjeunés qui étaient inclu c'était des déjeunées russe (je ne m'y attendais pas, j'ai trouvé ca drôle et un peu spécial).

Cons:

Certaines couvertures étaient tâchés et il y avait des fourmis dans la chambre.

Vista spettacolare sulla città e servizi da migliorare
Pros:

La vista spettacolare sula città, con. L'alba che ci salutava ogni mattina.
La camera era pulita.
La posizione centrale, anche se sopra una collina, che noi abbiamo fatto solo in discesa e per il resto usavamo l'auto o Bolt.

Cons:

Purtroppo i servizi erano un po' carenti, la camera veniva fatta solo su richiesta e ogni giorno c'era qualche dimenticanza, ad esempio mancavano asciugamani, portavano via il tappeto del bagno e non lo rimpiazzavano, per non parlare della carta igienica, completamente mancante all' arrivo e da chiedere alla reception ogni volta che si finiva un rotolo.
In bagno, inoltre, i ganci porta asciugamani e porta asciugacapelli era o quasi completamente allentati, basterebbe fissarli con un cacciavite.
I materassi erano molto morbidi, decisamente troppo per la mia schiena, ma questo è soggettivo.
Questi vogliono essere dei consigli per migliorare, perché la struttura ha delle potenzialità che secondo me potrebbero essere sfruttare molto meglio.

Friendly staffs. Good view. Valued.

Cons:

Location is far away from city center. It can be solved if you drive as the hotel provide on site parking. No elevator.
