Pros:

Location. Complete with pool and steps from ocean.

que esta cerca del malecón y a orilla de la playa, pero no hay camastros en la playa, el agua de la alberca no la calientan.

Cons:

Que no hay camastros ni sombras en la playa, ademas que gran parte es de piedra y no de arena. El agua de la alberca no la calientan, el buffet es el mismo todos los dias, no hay fruta, ni verdura, ni semillas.

Was perfect as expected
Pros:

Being on the ocean was beautiful. Proximity to the Melacon was a few blocks away and walking distance to many restaurants. The staff were friendly & helpful in every way.

Cons:

Would have liked a few more towels in bathroom but they were accommodating when I asked for more.

A wonderful stay
Pros:

The location is fabulous. The employees are so kind.
It was great to have a room with a big deck, perfect for the families.
Highly recommended.

Cons:

The breakfast service could be greatly improved. It doesn’t make sense that we have to pay for the children’s meals but not for the adults’. The good news is that we can use the breakfast buffet with our voucher, even though the voucher states that only a few items are covered. This inconsistency is confusing.

Lovely hotel, great location, wonderful staff. I will stay there again.
Pros:

The breakfast was fine, coffee was good. I did love the french toast :) The location was perfect, the pool was splendid. This is a wonderful place for a low key beachfront experience. I will stay there again.

Cons:

We did get a second room for my adult daughter. This room was not great. It was an interior room with no exterior windows. There was an odor that was not good, but this was not a deal breaker. I would just recommend that you understand what kind of room you are getting.

Always good at this hotel!
Pros:

I am a repeat client at this hotel and love it for its proximity to everything (Malecon, restaurants, grocery store, shops)... it's my go to hotel. I deal with allergies to the plastic wristbands as well as fear of heights, and the hotel is fabulous about accommodating for my needs. I will always continue to book here as long as prices remain reasonable (I'm finding that everything is becoming more expensive and if the prices continue to increase, it will be less expensive overall just to book an all-inclusive. This is not my preference as I love El Pescador, but the increase in price from 2025 to this year was almost $600 for the same length of stay (7 days) and same time of year.

El Pescador is our favorite in PV
Pros:

We love the hotel; it's location is perfect, the staff is fantastic (helpful, responsive .. ALL the time!!), and the premises are CLEAN!! Also have a great pool and surrounding patio area with lots of shade. AND, it's on the beach, so the surf sound is great for having a good night's sleep.
