Pros:

Location was fine. Although the uber driver had difficulty dropping me off at entrance.

Cons:

There was only one staff person on duty at desk and food station. So it lines formed certain parts of the day just to getbabcuomof coffee .

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location just near Central Station. Nice vibe in the lobby. Comfortable beds and decent sized twin room.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was major construction happening on a building site across the street with noise during the day. Noise not an issue after 6pm.

I would stay again
Pros:

Very comfortable and clean. Staff was exceptionally welcoming.

Cons:

Bed sheets came undone and seemed a size too small for bed. Bed was very comfortable though.
