The Staffs say, " If you book through a 3 party website site no break fast." She didn't want to give me her name. She is the worst person in the front desk that look like Karen and act like Karen. I asked to speak to her boss. She can't even bring her boss.

I don't like the Staffs. She have no customer service to be in front desk.

I’m glad I’ll beer be in Fresno again the pits!
Pros:

It was across the street from the airport. They offer airport shuttle. The star was nice.

Cons:

It was old and decrepit. They didn’t have bottled water to sell or to have no water fountains. No vending machines. The walls had stains on them in my room.

It looked and felt old and not in a good way. I thought I was booking at Piccadilly hotel never knowing there were two in the city and I didn’t use ac refundable purchase option. Terrible.

The saving grace was all the staff was super nice.

Pros:

The location is perfect, we were able to walk across the street for our early morning flight. Good value for money, pretty old rooms but it was clean.

Cons:

Hair dryer didnt work and outlet placement was bad/some dindt work.

酒店占地面积大，环境优秀，其实硬件条件非常好，室内虽然旧了点，但是只要维护好各项设施，确保可用，完全可以得高分。可惜服务太差，管理水平低。吹风机坏了也不维修，只说没办法。我们想用隔壁的吹风机也说不能。

Pros:

Absolutely nothing! It was the worse experience I ever had staying at a hotel.

Cons:

The horrible smell in the room and cigarette, even in a nonsmoking room and the hotel staff refusing to refund. Poor customer service! Overall it was just a horrible experience. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! It’s definitely not worth saving a few bucks.
