Bar was not bowen until 4 could have done with the top bar being open and choice of larger not good
Customer service excellent
All good
Room and bed very comfortable, decent lighting, warm, and well laid out. Bar staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast choices delicious. Wonderful location.
Lighting in bar a bit dark.
Warm friendly welcome, swift and easy check-in, great location - walking distance to all amenities along the seafront clifftop, great food and drinks, amazing room with fabulous views.
Room was small, but we knew that would be the case. It was comfortable enough for the one night we stayed and quiet. I couldn't get the wi-fi to work but didn't pursue this as we were only there for one night. Phone reception was poor in the hotel too but OK once you left. Good location almost on the sea front with an easy walk into the centre of Folkestone. Breakfast was very nice with good service
Working wi-fi
Friendly staff
Not the best breakfast you had run out of mushrooms and advocados. Coffee was not very warm.
It was beautiful & clean.
A complimentary bottle of water would have been appreciated.
Always enjoy my stay here so it has become my go to selection when in the area for work now. Location good, parking okay, hotel and room nice, staff great, food decent and rooms usually available at a good price.
Nothing, all good. Well done.
Very nice room great big bath very clean would stay again very good quality for the price
You had very loud music on the 7th of February and did not get a sleep till 2.30 am in the morning and was not happy because I had to drive home tired and needed a sleep when I got back home
Warm and friendly. Reception guy lovely and staff in cocktail bar were friendly and chatty. Especially Maxey Max, lovely cocktails.
Only issue was the bed, they would be happy to rectify, bed squeaked every time you moved.
Excellent
Like the location and the rooms are reasonable
The buffet cooked breakfast is Luke warm and not enjoyable
Fantastic comfortable, clean room with a sea view. Quiet location. Delicious freshly cooked breakfast
