A lovely stay and we will be back.
Pros:

Room was a litttle dated, but was very clean. I wouldn't recommend this room for elderly people, as there were different levels in the bathroom.
For an overnight stay room was perfectly adequate. More than enough options for breakfast. Nicely located for easy acces to town and seafront. Free parking was a bonus.

Friendly comfortable stay.
Pros:

Really friendly helpful staff. Made you feel really welcome and a guest not a number. Room was huge.

Cons:

If I had to find something, and I am struggling, the bath could’ve been deeper and the shower more powerful - both more than did the job though.

Ideal hotel for our short stay and family visit. Practical rooms, friendly and helpfull staff
Pros:

Room with facilities was ideal for our needs and being on the ground floor helped with our mobility issues. Evening meal and service was excellent and good value. Breakfast was good but odd items missing from selection, could just be timing.
Location was ideal as it was only a short walk to our son's house.

Cons:

Parking, although no problems as free parking was available on the road, might be more difficult later in the season. No ramp to the front of the hotel, although reception did volunteer to assist with the cases.

Pros:

I was able to email the hotel before my stay and explain the difficulties I face with the disabilities I have. The staff were accommodating and understanding. During my stay, I needed to check the same thing several times with the reception team. I was always greeted with a smile, understanding, and reassurance. The staff were always helpful and even when I struggled they remained helpful and professional.
