overnight stay before getting train to France, excellent location and facilities, staff were very helpful
car parking, we were lucky to get a space on the road cloase to the hotel, if we had not it would have been inconvenient to say the least

we were overcharged for a room with no aircon, scaffolding and the promise of workmen stsring through our window at 9am. A derisory attempt to offer a basic room in the attic which was even hotter was made. A joke.
Die Räume sind genügend groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr geeignet für eine Zwischenübernachtung nach oder vor dem Eurotunnel.

Kamer heel erg klein en benauwd. Gelukkig was er wel n kleine ventilator en konden ramen open.
Burlington Hotel ligt vlakbij de boulevard van Folkestone. Mooie- en rustige locatie. We konden eerder inchecken, wat erg fijn was. Gastvrije ontvangst ook.
Vrij kleine kamer. Het hotel is een beetje vergane glorie wat zijn charme kan hebben, maar de krakende houten vloer zorgde ervoor dat we iedere stap hoorden van de gasten die boven (of naast ons) een kamer hadden. Onaangename verrassing was dat we eind van de middag een parkeerboete zagen onder de ruitenwisser van onze auto terwijl wij betaald hadden voor een parkeervergunning! Ze zouden dit echter voor ons oplossen. Het heeft vervolgens 5 weken geduurd (na veel e-mails van onze kant!) dat men liet weten dat de boete kwijtgescholden was.

The Restaurant Manager was fantastic. She listened to dietary needs and did her research overnight to provide a gluten free vegan breakfast. She even offered to bring in her own cereals. Thank you.
The location was fab. We could walk to restaurants, entertainment and the beach
Our room was very small..maybe we were just unlucky. The communal areas are spacious but sadly rather tired.
Amazing hotel, staff, food the room were exceptional and they catered for our dog. Perfect location for the Eurotunnel easy to find parking was a bit of an issue but eventually sorted out a space within 200meters of the hotel. A superb experience.

The mattresses were a real let down and very uncomfortable unfortunately
