Please note this hotel has no facilities for luggage storage.

Breakfast is served daily between 7am - 9.30am.

Dinner is served between 17:00 and 21:00.

Our elevator is currently out of order and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. All accessible rooms are located on the Ground Floor but we understand that this may impact guests in other rooms. Please feel free to contact us to discuss if you believe this will impact your stay.


Any guests requiring dinner must pre-book a table to avoid disappointment.

Dogs are permitted and a charge of £20 per dog per night applies, payable at the hotel.

A credit or debit card will be requested at check-in to preauthorize charges up to £100. If requested, ID must be presented at check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Food was lovely. Hotel was lovely and clean.

There was a power cut my kids got scared! We had to just go to bed as it was so dark.

Good pool, Good location
Pros:

Stayed in the family room. Good pool. Good location.! Room was clean else. Breakfast was just alright. Staff were fine, would have been nicer if they were friendlier. If I stay here again it would just be for the pool which my kid loved - Not crowded and adequately heated.

Cons:

Beds not the most comfortable especially the single bed in the family room. Mould on the bathroom ceiling, although was expecting something of the sort from some reviews on Google. Bathroom had no shower curtain which was a bit ridiculous, not even a raised edge to the shower area, so water everywhere!

Lovely location and grounds
Pros:

Lovely clean room and linen.Nice staff on reception and nice swimming pool and towels.

Cons:

Hot breakfast precooked and hard bacon and sausage. Only scrambled eggs no fried but continental was good.Not very pleasant breakfast atmosphere or reception.Lack plugs in room and had to move kettle to very small table to plug in so dangerous.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, which helped a good nights sleep. Peacock and quite.
Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious! Also added an extra touch for my friends birthday in the room was very thoughtful!
