Great for business trips
Pros:

Nice hotel with good food and comfortable rooms

Cons:

For business trips it is perfect nothing to say. For romantic trips I would recommend other hotels

Il y a des détails qui manquent et que je suis habitué à voir dans un 3 ou meme 2 étoiles : prise électrique près du lit par exemple. Ici il n'y a pas assez de prises. Obligé de débrancher la télé ou la lampe de bureau pour charger mon téléphone. Chambre tres froide en hiver. Heureusement on m'a gentiment apporté un radiateur d'appoint. Aussi une ampoule cassé dans la chambre du coups assez sombre un "froid".
Petit déjeuner OK.. mais encore j'ai parfois vu lieu dans un 3 étoiles

Pros:

Cet hôtel est complet avec de très bons services, piscine, espaces de bien-être, des chambres spacieuses bien équipées et très propres.Un excellent restaurant. Un grand parking sécurisé et situation géographique idéale.
Je n'oublie l'accueil et la gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel. Merci

Lovely building, poor staff attitude and training.
Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean, with just a few of those really irritating issues that plague hotels... e.g. take a bath, and you have to stand up to reach he soap dispenser. Overall fine though, and fitted-out to a good standard - but then plastic-lined paper cups to drink tea and coffee from. Environmental and customer comfort FAIL.

Cons:

The first item on the menu in reception was a vegan dish, so we agreed to book a table when we checked in without looking too much further. When we went to eat - too late to be want to go elsewhere - we discovered that there was NOTHING else on the menu not involving meat, When we asked the responses were pretty much "we can do you a plate of vegetables" - but they would not be drawn to give further information. Customer service from waitress, supervisor, and reception staff was universally dismissive, and at no point did anyone apologise for the lack of any alternative items on the menu. A nice hotel, but be aware that of you don't eat meat you can't eat here.

Pas à la hauteur d'un quatre étoiles
Cons:

Dans la chambre moquette usée, canapé râpé, mauvaise insonorisation beaucoup de bruit tôt le matin.
Suite à une privatisation de l’espace forme accès extrêmement limité et ce sans que la direction nous en ait informés à aucun moment. Le peu ou nous avons pu en profiter il n’y avait pas de chauffage lacune que le personnel présent n’a fait que constater..! Il n’y avait ni responsable, ni manager

Nous étions sur place après un repas d'entreprise organisé dans l'hôtel.

Cons:

Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. Malgré un chauffage d'appoint qui était ajouté dès notre arrivée, la chambre était froide. L'hôtel savait que le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas puisqu'on nous avait mis un chauffage d'appoint. Il suffisait juste de nous déplacer dans une autre chambre. L'hôtel était loin d'être complet.

Pros:

L'accueil était parfait petit déjeuner très bien l'espace de la suite était bien aussi, nous avons très bien dormi : la literie était confortable...

Cons:

La suite était propre mais un peu déçue d'avoir un rideau de douche, dans la salle de bain ainsi que des joints noirs. Nous avons aussi été surpris de trouver un convecteur au milieu de la pièce
