Staying there because it is conveniently located for my job, but not ideal cost/benefit.
Pros:

The hotel is clean and amenities good (sport room, nice breakfast area, room surface quite large), the staff professional and hotel well located. Bedding us comfortable.

Cons:

The rooms are too cold, very noisy (not isolated at all, we can hear all piping and exterior noises, i experienced that in several rooms during my visits already, and heating system is really inefficient and noisy). No sugar nor tea, nor conditionner this time in my room and the cleaning was not done everyday during my stay (while requested it through the door button). I think also the aeration of the bathroom could be improved.

Personal war sehr nett und konnte die Defizite jedoch leider nicht lösen.

Die Lage insbesondere

Cons:

Es ist sehr dunkel und das hat nichts mit Design zu tun.
Ferne funktionierte die Jalousie zwischen Bad und Schlafraum nicht und die Heizung ist auch nicht feinjustierbar.
