The waiter his name is Mario I dont remember exactly is name to be honest but he bring room service to my room . I said charge 10% for your tips. He said no, I can't accept 10% we charge minimum 15% and I never read in any company politics or legal politics we have to pay tips and now even worst minimum 15% ??? I wont back ever and the cost of the hotel you just pay for the area thats it.

Muy buena estadía
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena para pasar una noche entre vuelos. Tiene el traslado desde el hotel hasta el aeropuerto muy oportuno y cómodo. Facilitan al turista un breve desayuno (café y galletas) antes de tomar el traslado hacia el aeropuerto. La habitación es grande y cómoda para 4. El restaurante dentro del hotel atiende hasta las 23 hs y nos facilitó comer algo a pesar de la hora de llegada. El personal fue muy amable. Cuando tuvimos consultas varias respondieron a tiempo antes y después de la estadía.

Cons:

La habitación no estaba preparada para 4 personas de acuerdo a lo reservado. Solo había toallas y toallones para 2 personas. Una taza y café para 2 personas.

Walkable hotel from airport
Pros:

This hotel is within a 5-10 minute walking distance of the airport. It offered a convenient and close one night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Poor value. This was our most (and unnecessarily) expensive stay in our travels to Mexico. You're paying for location/convenience, a clean bed, and not much else.
