Buena ubicación
Pros:

Iba para el evento del Malecon Tajamar, asi que estuvo perfecto la ubicación.

Cons:

El agua se salia de la ducha, entonces se hacia un charco de agua gigante y tocaba colocar las toallas del cuerpo porque se inundaba el baño

Recomiendo el hotel por su relación calidad / precio y cercanía con el centro comercial
Pros:

Me gustó la vista desde mi habitación. La cercanía con comercios, restaurantes y autobuses para ir a las zonas deseadas. La cercanía con los puntos de encuentro para los tours. Recomiendo mucho este hotel pues me sentí muy tranquila y la cama estaba perfecta

Cons:

Considero que le faltó un poco más al servicio de aseo, no estuve taaan satisfecha.

Una buena opción para llegar a dormir y disfrutar de los alrededores de Cancún
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, tiene conexión con el centro comercial, asi que es muy práctico para comprar comida, ir al Super, farmacia, etc.

Cons:

La limpieza en general y que le hace falta mantenimiento a las instalaciones

Preis Leistung, sehr gut.
Pros:

Direktzugang zum Shopping-center mit Restaurants etc, parken ist ebenfalls kein Problem.

Cons:

Kaution nur in Bar möglich. Am besten mit Pesos.

El personal fue amable, especialmente el que te recibe en el E3. Pero no puede ser que rentes aquí por la cocina súper grande que tiene para no tener ollas y sartenes disponibles.

Cons:

Cocina grande y solo pusieron dos sartenes mínimas. Una para calentar agua súper chica y una ollita. Preguntamos en recepción y no tenían más sartenes ni ollas disponibles.
No vale la pena rentar lo que tienen cocina.
Estufa grande y nevera grande para lo poco equipada en sartenes.

Possibly one of the worst hotel stays we have ever had. So disappointing.
Pros:

The location was very close to the event we were there for. The building felt safe. The room was very clean. It was a nice room. The security gentleman was exceptional.

Cons:

There was a gentleman at the front desk that treated us terrible. He was rude. Not helpful. Very unkind to us.

The wifi was not working…then TV was not working. We went to the front desk 3x for help. It still did not work. Finally on our last night staff came and tried to get working for over an hour. Worked for 15 min and then stopped working again.

We ran out of shampoo and body wash on 2nd day and we asked that housekeeping refill them. But they did not.

Phone in the room would not work. To call front desk.
