The room was very nice and comfortable.

Cons:

The staff when checking in was rude and they did not honor our reservation request. Had to ask for a manager.

Hilton Head getaway
Pros:

Good selection of breakfast items. Pool area was kept clean. Plenty of things to do in the area so location was good.

Cons:

Barn door to the downstairs toilet/bathroom that is directly across from the kitchen that didn't fit fully. No oven just microwave and 2 ring hob. Only one bedside table in the mezzanine level, which was open to main level,plus no storage for clothes so had to live out of suitcase which had to stay on the main level.

Awesome hotel such a good location. Amazing value for money. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice and snug for Jan cold nights.
Great simple breakfast.
Overall highly recommend staying here its close to everything you need supermarkets, bars and tons of golf courses.

Will never go back. Probably won’t ever stay at any hotel again. This place gave me ptsd.
Pros:

It was the most awful experience of my life. Cockroach’s, bed bugs, mice, mold, mildew. I arrived feeling fine, left sicker than a dog. Good thing I have my tetnis shot. Terrible experience.

Cons:

Room temp wouldn’t stay consistent. Killed several cockroach’s. Saw several mice. Mild in the shower. Toilet had poop and pee all over it. Food gave me food poisoning.
