Had a great stay other then the issues above.
Pros:

The place looked amazing. I wouldn’t book again knowing the mattress was like that. Otherwise the place was amazing.

Cons:

The bed.. the mattress is soooo hard. So slept on the sofa. The breakfast was not very tasty. So had it once and not again. But I understand it’s a different country and maybe the food would be great for you. Also some people may like extra firm mattress.

The management team were fantastic nothing was a problem very helpful thank you.
Pros:

The location was perfect for our needs.We upgraded our rooms without any fuss.

Cons:

Could do with a little tidy up in terms of decoration.After heavy rain our room flooded but the team were very helpful in moving us swiftly into a new room.

Pros:

Breakfast, helpful staff, good Internet, beautiful café downstairs (you have there your breakfast), good view from a room - thanks to huge windows (FYI there is a school nearby so you can wake up with the music Für Elise from Beethoven)

Cons:

Тёплых одеял не было, но после просьбы были выданы. Проблемы с горячей водой, сильно горячая или холодная, тяжело настроить было. Кондиционер нужно чистить, с утра часто горло болело. Завтрак повторялся каждый день один и тот же. Благодарность за все конечно

Pros:

The position of the hotel is the key to reach everywhere without the need to a taxi. The hotel have a nice apartments and nice cafe..the receptionist s are always ready to give a helping hand.

Very bad we had to cut our trip and move to Istanbul and asked for a refund for the remaining days and the hotel approve

Cons:

Отель прокурен, сотрудники на ресепшн курят, в номерах запах курения, в кафе вечером курят. Хотя на Букинг написано номера для некурящих. Для некурящих тут не подходит.

Pros:

The breakfast they had at their cafe downstairs. Basic but very nice breakfast.

All staff members either on reception or at the cafe (which sort of integrated with hotel) are super helpful and kind. Whenever you coming back to hotel you feel as youre coming home. Staff members are always looking after you.
No doubt very nice hotel and will be returning back for sure.
