綺麗！口コミにあった充実した朝食、というのは間違いなし！
事前連絡でチェックアウトを間違えて１０時希望にしてしまってたけれど、当日快く11時にして下さったので、ゆっくり支度ができました！感謝しかないです。

Pros:

スタッフの方の対応がとても良かったです。湯沸かし器が壊れてしまいましたが連絡するとすぐ新しいものと交換していただけました。部屋も清潔で2人で泊まるのに広さも十分でした。

湯沸かし器が壊れてしまいましたが、すぐ対応していただけたので問題なく使うことができました。コーヒーなどがフロントに置いてあるんですが撮り忘れてしまうと取りに戻るのが面倒になってしまうので、できればチェックインの時に声かけしていただけると助かります。

Pros:

新高島駅からも近く、コンビニもついていて利便性が良かった。周辺には駅の他にもアンパンマンミュージアムやKT Zepp YOKOHAMAなどの様々な施設があり、また何かイベントの際には利用したいと思った。中も清潔で、広々としていて、非常に充実した生活ができた。
