A quiet relaxing 3 day stay to enjoy Cappadocia
Pros:

Rooftop lounge area very comfortable. Breakfast was very generous in true Turkish style. Staff very helpful.

Cons:

A touch out of the centre but no biggie. It meant that we were out of the hectic activity of the centre. In any case we walked everywhere which was easy enough.

Pros:

The hotel is a boutique style hotel which is family run and everyone just makes you feel at home. The room was superb and clean. Towels and other amenities are replenished everyday. It’s very close to goreme town centre and lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The breakfast was all homemade and a great selection. The views are stunning from the hotel. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Naif hotel and everyone that works there- you’re all amazing.

We would like to come back to this hotel again
Pros:

Good location, yes you can see the hot air balloons from this hotel. Everyone was so friendly at this hotel, the ladies at the dining room, even with the language barrier we had, they always served us with smile, the owner and the receptionist, especially for Shinan, he combined friendliness with great knowledge for all the activities we needed. Last but not least, the bed was so comfortable, and they have a car park.

La posizione. Vicinissima al centro, ma fuori dalla confusione.
La camera era pulita ed accogliente.
Personale giovane e disponibile

Cons:

Forse la colazione sarebbe da variare. Fanno al momento uova fresche e se di chiede servono lo yogurt, ma per il resto tutti i prodotti sono industriali e non cambiano mai.

I can’t say enough about how special my stay was! Erene and his team truly made me feel at home — like I was part of their family. Their kindness, warm smiles, and willingness to help with anything touched my heart. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days, and it made my trip unforgettable. Pros:

Localização excelente, muito próximo ao centro e restaurantes. Equipe muito cordial e atenciosa, recepcionista muito gentil estava sempre a disposição em ajudar.
Ganhei upgrade de quarto sem custos adicionais.
Quarto e banheiro muito espaçoso, chuveiro com boa pressão da água.
Café da manhã com frutas, ovos mexidos, pães e queijos. Poderia apenas variar as frutas de um dia para outro. Custo benefício excelente!

Cons:

Poderiam apagar as luzes do jardim durante a noite pois o quarto ficava claro apesar das cortinas fechadas.
Edredom poderia ser maior.

Beautiful, clean, modern, great staff, eager to help!
Pros:

Cappadocia Naif Hotel was beautiful, clean and right in the heart of Goreme. Erin, Seten and the rest of the staff were always eager to help and endured my many questions from what activists to do, nearby hikes to do and how to book a train ticket. They also upgraded us to a double room! but 10/10 recommend I would love to come back one day!

Cons:

My only note would be to fix the internet it kept disconnecting. However it’s hard to get internet anywhere in Goreme.
