Excellent stay at the Shibuya Excel Hotel.
Pros:

Location of the hotel is excellent. Central to transport and many attractions. We were fortunate to have a room on the 24th floor and the view was fantastic.

All the staff were fantastic and went out of their to help whenever we asked.

We were very happy on our return for our second stay to have the same room and buffet breakfast included. Buffet breakfast had a wide selection of good dishes please short and long term visitors.

The room could have been little bigger as we stayed for 8 days in total however rooms in Japan are mostly on the small side.

Cons:

The cleaning service was little confusing. We opted for an environmentally friendly clean most days. Empty waste bins and replenish towels. The only minor issue we had is the coffee, tea and creamers were not replenished with this type of clean.

These supplies were replenished whenever we asked.
