Important information:

Please note that the hotel will experience a complete power outage due to a mandatory electrical equipment inspection on the following date/ time: 18th January, 2027/ 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
During this period, all electrical equipment in the hotel, including guest rooms, will be unavailable. Furthermore, emergency alarm systems and elevators will also be shut down. For the safety of our guests, you will not be able to stay inside the hotel during the power outage.An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

Pros:

Comfortable room with nice interior and comfortable bed. We loved the in-room water purifier. The hotel is centrally located, with convenience stores around and easy access to main attractions either on foot, subway or bus. They kept our luggage until check-in. On rainy days they have umbrellas that you can use and return later which was really convenient for us.

We loved staying at the Cross Hotel in Kyoto!

Overall we had a great stay, our rooms were very clean and big enough and the location was amazing.
Pros:

The location was fantastic, the room for the 3 kids was big and had everything needed. They also provided PJ's which was great. The room was clean and bathroom had both a tub and a great shower.

Cons:

My only little thing was, that the shampoo provided was not of a great quality.
