Please note that the hotel will experience a complete power outage due to a mandatory electrical equipment inspection on the following date/ time: 18th January, 2027/ 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
During this period, all electrical equipment in the hotel, including guest rooms, will be unavailable. Furthermore, emergency alarm systems and elevators will also be shut down. For the safety of our guests, you will not be able to stay inside the hotel during the power outage.An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

Great location, comfortable stay.
Pros:

Very good hotel in the middle of Kyoto right next to Pontocho. Easy connection to public transport. Family room with 4 good beds. Good international variety for breakfast.

Cons:

Laundromat in the hotel would have been great, we used the one at 200m walking distance instead.

Terrific downtown location near great restaurants and shopping.
Pros:

So clean and comfortable! Bath area and amenities were great! The breakfast buffet was generous and the coffee from the machine was delicious. Location was good for restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

We did have some street noise that woke us but wasn’t loud enough to keep us awake.
