Please note that the hotel will experience a complete power outage due to a mandatory electrical equipment inspection on the following date/ time: 18th January, 2027/ 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
During this period, all electrical equipment in the hotel, including guest rooms, will be unavailable. Furthermore, emergency alarm systems and elevators will also be shut down. For the safety of our guests, you will not be able to stay inside the hotel during the power outage.An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

Almost everything. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, the staff are super friendly and the location is just perfect. It closed to all the best areas and places in Kyoto

Spectacular views
Pros:

Hotel itself is beautiful and the views were stunning. The open air onsen was one of our favorite things to do. It wasn’t very crowded. The dinner buffet was delicious and convenient after being out and exploring all day.

Cons:

We didn’t really get walk ability. You could easily take a taxi. It’s more convenient than taking the train to the surrounding districts. Just walking into any nearby restaurants especially for lunch isn’t that possible from there. I can’t say much for the night because we ate inside the hotel each night.
