Doesn’t worth its price
Pros:

The receptionist were nice Mr Firas

Cons:

The rooms were very poorly furnished—it honestly felt like an empty room with just a bed. Basic essentials were missing as well: no water, no tissues, and no tea or sugar provided. Considering the high price, this was very disappointing. The photos looked great, but they do not reflect the reality at all!

Pros:

The location was excellent and very convenient. The price was fully aligned with the quality — a perfect 100% match in terms of value for money.
I would especially like to highlight the staff, who were extremely friendly, welcoming, and responsive to all requests.

Très bon séjour.
Pros:

Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée. Le personnel est d’une grande aimabilité. Un grand merci à la chaleureuse Imene. Emplacement central proche du de la station de métro Osmanbey, des commodités et du quartier de Nisantasi .
Le logement est assez grand pour 4 personnes.

Cons:

Quelques rafraichissements à prévoir.

شكرا الأخ فراس شكرا الأخ التونسية على حسن الإستقبال وكرم الصيافة.
Pros:

الأخ فراس السوري والأخت التونسية قمة في الأخلاق وحسن الإستقبال ومتعاونين في توفير جميع سبل الراحة للنزلاء أحببنا هذا المكان بسببهم فلهم منا جزيل الشكر والإمتنان وهذا السكن سيكون خيارنا الأول في إسطنبول مستقبلا .
أنصح في هذا السكن للعوائل لتوفر سبل الراحة والأمان بعد الله سبحانه ثم الموظفين حيث لا يمكن دخول أي شخص بدون علمهم وهم متواجدون على مدار الساعة. وكذلك قرب جميع الخدمات من مطاعم وكافيهات ويوجد مجمع قريب وكذلك منطقة تقسيم قريبة جدا مسافة 10 دقائق لمن يحب رياضة المشي والطريق إليها مهيئ للمشي.

أصوات إزعاج من المحلات المجاورة والشارع لكن ليست دائمة .

The only positive point was their staff. Iman was a wonderful lady. Really made the residence tolerable for me. And also Mr. Cag (spelled chaw). He was very nice too. Whatever we requested or asked, they gave us. Specially Iman was so nice and sweet. Thank you all

Cons:

The apartment was not what they showed in the booking’s description and photos. I really was shocked 😮 it was old not too big. Electrical Kettle was dirty, they changed but second one was out of order. We forgot drinking tea. It had dishwasher but no tablets for it. No other cleaning and washing detergents or a pad for washing the dishes. I think having a washing machine is much more important than a dishwasher. We spent most of our time out of the hotel. The tv had none of the good main channels of the Turkey and out of order.
