Sometimes things need to get ugly before they get pretty ! Our guests are at the heart of all the decisions we make, and your comfort during this period has our priority. We look forward to welcoming you during and post-refurbishment to share more enhanced experiences.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of £50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Group Reservations Policy:
Bookings of six (6) rooms or more are classified as group reservations and are subject to separate Terms and Conditions. Upon receipt of such a booking, our Group Reservations Department will contact the guest to outline the applicable procedures and request confirmation of the group terms. Failure to comply with or accept these terms may result in the cancellation of the reservation.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Super hôtel très bien localisé et rénovée

Proche de toutes commodités bus/metro

Pros:

The hotel was central and the common areas really nice.

Cons:

- the room was small
- the bathroom was tiny, there was no room between the toilet and the shower.
- there was only one lift working
- there was asbestos on one of the floors which is ridiculous.
- The hotel was under construction so our room had no view at all.

Nonostante i lavori in corso,soggiorno da sufficienza!
Pros:

La posizione era ottima vicino a due fermate della metropolitana e vicino a Hyde Park.
Colazione buona e abbondante.

Cons:

Avevo la cam 532 al quinto piano,con bagno stretto e piccolo. La porta si apriva all’interno impegnando spazio; il wc era attaccato alla doccia non permettendo movimenti e la doccia era del tutto aperta quindi l’acqua arrivava fuori dal bagno quasi. Voto 0/10

Pros:

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, con estación de metro cercana y el Hyde park casi al frente. Calle aledaña con varios lugares para comida y tiendas. Me gusta mucho esta zona de Londres. Es la segunda ocasión que me alojo en esa zona.

Cons:

El hotel estaba en obras de reparación, y durante el día había ruido por los trabajos. También un día no se pudo utilizar agua desde las 8 hasta las 3pm. Pero esto fue una situación muy justificada y comprensible.
