Sometimes things need to get ugly before they get pretty ! Our guests are at the heart of all the decisions we make, and your comfort during this period has our priority. We look forward to welcoming you during and post-refurbishment to share more enhanced experiences.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of £50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Group Reservations Policy:
Bookings of six (6) rooms or more are classified as group reservations and are subject to separate Terms and Conditions. Upon receipt of such a booking, our Group Reservations Department will contact the guest to outline the applicable procedures and request confirmation of the group terms. Failure to comply with or accept these terms may result in the cancellation of the reservation.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Świetny pobyt, super lokalizacja
Pros:

Mieliśmy pokój odnowiony, był bardzo ładny, było czysto. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo pomocna, szybko rozwiązywali problemy. Przydatna jest także możliwość przechowania bagażu. Blisko do sklepów, metra i parku. Wszystko super!

Lo mejor del hotel es que estaba al lado de una parada de metro, la ubicación es perfecta , el WiFi va bien

Cons:

Si eres español y no entiendes mucho el inglés el personal no trata de ayudarte, al revés empiezan a hablar más rápido, te dan la habitación que les da la gana no coincide con las fotos,están en obras así que hay ruido en todo momento menos por la noche obvio, la televisión solo canales en inglés , no se puede conectar el móvil, os recomiendo un fire TV

God beliggenhed tæt på to metrostationer og lige ved Hyde Park. Også tæt på mange restauranter og caféer. Pæne nyistandsatte værelser i moderne design.

Cons:

Ret små værelser og badeværelse.

Pros:

Location was convenient for our purpose at london including nearby to the bus station and underground train station.

Cons:

Nothing went well (Staff who handled us over the phone, prior to booking and after the booking, pre & post booking including the changes which we wanted to do with our booking reservation as despite booking.com platform was flexible the hotel (property) wasn't.
Hotel was under repair and renovation which made our stay uncomfortable ( couldn't sleep due to construction noise).
front office staff was not that corporative, unfriendly.

Pros:

A very clean and convenient place to stay.Just nearby Queensway stn and Bayswater stn.and also if u using bus as a main transportation since it's quite cheap,the bus stop is just cross the road beside the hotel(2min walking distance)

Lo recomiendo la habitación sin ventanas al 100%
Pros:

Estaba muy bien por la ubicación, el precio y en si todo, la mía era sin ventanas pero me encantó

Cons:

Únicamente que olía un poco a cañerías, pero le poníamos colonia a la habitación y estupendamente!!
