Important information:

**Reception Hours and Contact Information**

Reception is open daily from 09:00 to 17:00. An emergency contact number is available for urgent matters outside of these hours.

**Key Collection and Self-Check-In Process**

Keys must be collected from the left side of the Ocean Apartments reception, located on the ground floor of Block C at 2 Western Harbor Midway, Edinburgh, EH6 6PN.

Ocean Apartments operates on a self-check-in basis. Guests are required to:

- Submit a valid form of photo identification via email.
- Complete a £100 security deposit pre-authorization per apartment using the provided link. Please note, this is a virtual hold; the amount will be frozen on your account but not charged.

Guests must contact the management team at least 24 hours prior to arrival to arrange the self-check-in process. Check-in instructions will only be issued once all requirements have been fulfilled.

**Group Bookings Policy**

Ocean Apartments maintains a strict *No Group* policy. We do not accept bookings for certain groups, including single-sex parties, hen, and stag groups. Additionally, we reserve the right to decline bookings from guests residing in EH postcodes and surrounding areas.

**Children's Facilities**

A child's high chair and/or travel cot can be provided upon request and subject to availability.
Please note: bed linen is not supplied for cots.

**Housekeeping**

Please be aware that daily housekeeping is not provided. A weekly cleaning service is available for stays of 7 nights or longer.

**Additional Information**

- Breakfast packs are not available.
- Smoking on-site is strictly prohibited and will incur an additional charge of £200.
- This property does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.

**Arrival Information**

Guests are kindly requested to inform Ocean Serviced Apartments of their expected arrival time in advance. This can be done via the Special Requests box at the time of booking or by contacting the property directly using the details provided in the booking confirmation.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Fantastic
Pros:

View is fantastic
Very quiet location and away from the otherwise hustle bustle of Edinburg .
2 min walking distance to the nearest bus stop so very convenient to take bus and travel wherever you like .

Cons:

Nothing to complain really .

Wonderful Place to spend your holidays.

The location was the best; the rooms are spacious and clean. My parents really enjoyed their time here.

Ήταν πολύ καθαρό και πολύ ευγενικοί με ότι ζητήσαμε παρά πολύ άνετο για τέσσερα άτομα και με πολύ ωραία θέα και στα δύο δωμάτια

Cons:

Για θέρμανση είχε ηλεκτρικά καλοριφέρ που ήταν λίγο δύσκολο να το ζεστάνεις όλο για να είσαι άνετα και για να έχει ζεστό νερό χρειάζονταν να περιμένεις

Excellent property + great value stay
Pros:

This was an excellent property with very scenic views, not far from the city centre. The property had excellent furniture, was very tidy. The check in/check out instructions were crystal clear and we had no problems with the process. Also, it was great value for what was on offer.

Pros:

Apartment was as described, few issues which were dealt with straight away, the Staff are very friendly and helpful. Bus stop into town just across from apartment, very enjoyable stay. If your looking for an eating experience then I suggest Howies in Victoria Street, for afternoon tea Scots Kitchen, both amazing food and Staff very friendly

Ocean View Setviced Apartment
Pros:

The communications with the team before arrival date was spot on.
The apartment itself was perfect and all the facilities and equipment was immaculate. The views from the room were amazing especially at night when the harbour was lit up. Bus (No 11) to and from Leith/Edinburgh was just across the road from apartment which took us in and out of Edinburgh with ease. and you never had to wait long for one. Lots of restaurants by the harbour just a short bus ride away but we didn't have time to try them. I really didn't want to leave and 2 nights was not long enough to do everything we had planned. I will definitely return.

Cons:

That we didn't stay longer.

Very nice apartment.
Pros:

We had a little trouble locating and getting in the building as it was dark when we arrived. Once inside, instructions provided were very helpful. Nice parking area beneath building. Beds were very comfortable. Wifi excellent. Bus stop close by , but 40-45 ride to Edinburgh city center. Tram station 15-20 walk. Seemed to be nice, safe area. Nice view. We would stay here again.

Cons:

Kitchen was a little small for 4 adults. No other problems.

stunning views in a comfy modern apartment.
Pros:

Executive apartment was stunning- paid a little extra for an upgrade. Loads of room, spectacular views over Edinburgh and the sea. Great modern kitchen, en suite bathrooms in all rooms. We highly recommend. Super comfy beds.
