Pros:

Very nice hotel…good location very pleasant and helpful staff. Clean room with all the amenities.

The room is cold and there is no drinking water.

It was cold in the room, and the heater couldn't warm the room. There was not a single bottle of water in the room.

Fine for one night wouldn’t want to stay more than one

The “market” offers very very very limited items
We had a handicapped accessible room don’t like that the door doesn’t shut right away and the shower water runs all over the bathroom floor and behind the toilet had to lay towels down to block it and everything was soaked

Highly recommended
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful. The location is lovely and near many DC restaurants and other landmarks. Parking was convenient with in and out privileges. The beds were so comfortable. The city view was spectacular.

O dial Expedia and they give me booking bad bad bad
Pros:

I did not go onto can el my reservation booking make a mistake
I did it for December 30 to January 1 and they gave it to me for Dec 20 for one day
I am in Haïti for the moment
Could not cancel I called the hotel they could not do anything

Cons:

Booking does not not give you a number to call if you have a problem
