A Beautiful aesthetically pleasing hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, very aesthetic and the most amazing views.

Cons:

On our last day before checkout we had no water in the our hotel, maybe it was because of the weather conditions but we could not use the shower ect. The hotel did work quickly to resolve it.

Amazing stay to calm down and relax, with good music.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Everyone was super kind and helpful.
There is vallet service for your car in order to not worry about the parking.
Food is also great.
We also got a little surprise gift by arrival which was super cute.

Boutique hotel with great views - great staff, food & facilities!
Pros:

Lovely peaceful, location looking out to sea. Suite with sea view and terrace superb. Facilities, food and staff were on point.

Cons:

Beds were rock hard.

Not an issue for us but given the great views over bay and down to Santa Ponsa, expect it to be a hilly area for those with bad knees.

Très agréable globalement
Pros:

Personnel très aimable et professionnel. Belle vue sur la baie de santa ponsa.

Cons:

Trop d’escaliers dans le domaine, les prix des snack au bord de la piscine, manque d’amenity kit dans la suite

Not a 5 stars hotel
Pros:

The architecture design and the views

Cons:

It is just not a 5 stars hotel - the service was absolutely lacking. The check-in was very awkward and uncomfortable (hiding something was wrong with our room), my husband stepped on broken glass and we found many broken pieces that required a full clean at 10 at night, dirty glasses were not changed, you need to get coffee from a machine at the breakfast buffet, there was no evening turndown service. I also didn‘t like you could not just sit where you wanted at the pool, you had to reserve this in advance. I was told there was no space at the main pool but I could have a sunbed at the other pool ( that is facing guests having their breakfast). My expectations would have been met if this was a 4 stars hotel.

De verlichting in de badkamer was niet optimaam.
