Aktuell noch nicht zu empfehlen
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, leider machte es den Eindruck, dass sie ungelernte Kräfte waren. Eiswürfel wurden in der Hand zerkleinert und direkt ins Glas des Gastes gegeben.

Tolles Resort, Erholung pur !
Pros:

Tolles Resort, entspannt Atmosphäre und man kann sich in diesem Ambiente nur erholen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das gesamte Konzept mega und ich würde immer wieder hier einchecken .

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Sehr gute, aber optimierungspotential.

Hochwertig, Neue Ausstattung, nette Empfangsdame

Cons:

Personal im Restaurant, nicht 5 Sterne, nicht auf Sonderwunsch reagiert, Essen falsch gebracht, nichtmal entschuldigt. Ab 8 Uhr und nach 16 Uhr immer laute Klopfgeräusche und Stimmen durch die Wände bzw. Terrassen Tür obwohl komplett geschlossen , leider nicht 5 Sterne.

Mittelmässiges Zimmer

Cons:

Zwei Mal wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht und wurde am letzten Tag repariert

Exceptional stay
Pros:

This hotel is exceptional, the staff cannot do enough for you, the sun bed reservation scheme is brilliant & the hotel itself is beautiful. There was a varied and large amount on offer at the continental breakfast and we ate for dinner at Ona Resturant three times, all three experiences were amazing and we could not fault the staff or food.

Cons:

The location of this hotel does not match the quality of the hotel itself.
