We absolutely adored the views from the hotel and couldn’t get enough of it at dinner/breakfast! We also got engaged here & the staff helped my finance organise everything and were very hospitable.
The music by the pool was not always to my taste/ was quite loud - I think they should have a variety, think about international guests a bit more. But the atmosphere was lovely
The service was fantastic, especially the staff at the pool and at breakfast. The pool area was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The views from the hotel were beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The food was a good quality.
The surrounding area of the hotel isn’t very nice. The beach in Santa Ponca is nice, which is a 10 minute walk away, but we didn’t like the town itself. We visited some lovely places further away by car and taxi though.

We didn’t know in advance we needed to book sun beds around the pool
the staff were not welcoming especially Andrea in the pool .. he was super rude and I will never consider this hotel again .. mainly due to the staff!!

Very good
We loved everything about this hotel. On arrival we were greeted by valet parking and our cases taken into reception. We checked in online prior to arrival, so it was a quick and easy process getting our keys. We were greeted warmly, asked to sit in the lounge and offered a glass of chilled prosecco, which was very welcome.
We were shown to our rooms and my husband & I had the best suite with its own private balcony overlooking for pool, beach and wonderful sea views. My son had a much smaller room, which was very basic, but clean and stocked with what he needed.
The atmosphere is lovely in the bar and restaurant and the staff are amazing. Everyone here helped to make our break special.
We had snacks, breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel and all of the food was fantastic, as is their wine and spirit selection. The General Manager does a fantastic job of knowing who you are and walking round for most of the day greeting guests and checking everything is OK. If it isn't, he will sort it! Great customer service as nothing is too much trouble.
The sun shone, the music was perfect, good gym facilities if you can bear to work out in intense heat, superb drinks and two pools. The main pool does get booked quickly, but the adult pool at the back of the restaurant is much quieter. We can't wait to come back again. Thank you to all of the staff here.

This is a place to be relaxed, so leaving when the sun is still shining, food and drinks are being served, and you know work awaits on your return, it's a sad day! I wish we had longer as we didn't even get to walk into the town.
Sehr ästhetisches Interieur, fast in allen Outlets freundliches Personal, gut ausgestattete Suite mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Bucht von Santa Ponca, sehr bequeme Liegen am Pool, Food und Drinks am Pool waren in Ordnung, aber für ein 5 Sterne Hotel auch nicht überragend. Super Frühstück und tolles Ambiente beim Frühstück.
Die Kommunikation zum Thema Liegen reservieren bzw., dass man immer das Feedback bekommen hat es ist alles voll und man wäre auf der Warteliste. Es hat letztendlich immer geklappt, aber die ganze Kommunikation mit den Gästen zu dem Thema ist leider nicht auf 5-Sterne-Niveau. Im Zimmer hat es leider sehr muffig gerochen, wenn die Klimaanlage lief - leicht nach Schimmel. Man hatte uns schriftlich einen Late Check-out bis 13 Uhr versprochen und als wir am nächsten Tag die Schlüssel verlängern wollten, sagte man uns, dass das auf keinen Fall möglich ist und der Kollege einen Fehler gemacht hat. Der Check-out war leider absolut unterirdisch, nicht kundenorientiert und wir haben nur Fehlinformationen von dem sehr gestressten Mitarbeiter erhalten. Die Rechnung? Hätten er uns längst per Mail geschickt. Hatte er nicht. Unser Koffer? wäre schon im Mietwagen. War er nicht. Ich möchte hier aber verdeutlichen, dass es sich hier um einen Mitarbeiter gehandelt hat, der scheinbar nicht gut geschult war in Bezug auf Customer Service - das restliche Personal war immer super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Amazing, everything was perfect.
I was surprised to be charged an extra €69 at check-out. When I asked for an itemized bill, the staff couldn’t explain the charge and said they were unable to see the details in their system. The only thing we had requested during our stay was ice cubes on two occasions, and we certainly hadn’t ordered any room service food&drinks.
After I questioned the charge several times, I was told that the €69 would be removed from the bill. I also asked for a receipt, but I was told that it couldn’t be provided immediately and would be sent to me by email.
As I never received the email, I contacted the hotel again later that same evening to obtain the receipt. That was when I discovered that the €69 charge had never been removed, despite what I had been told. In other words, I ended up paying the amount that I had explicitly been told would be removed from my bill.
I should also mention that I had booked one of the Signature Room, but when I arrived, I was informed that there had been an error in the system and that the room was unavailable. I therefore spent the first night in a different room. To their credit, the manager was very kind and compensated us with two massages and a late check-out, which we appreciated, especially considering that we had paid for two nights in the Signature Room (more expensive).
Overall, the hotel itself was very nice, and we enjoyed our stay. My disappointment comes from the way this situation was handled, especially when the employee told me that the €69 charge would be removed from my bill, but in reality, it was not removed and I was still charged and had to pay for it. I contacted the hotel again afterwards, and one employee told me that he remembered the situation and would check with his colleagues. However, I never heard back from anyone, even after sending a reminder.
