Fun hotel for a few nights
Pros:

We were a group who travelled for a Yoga retreat to the Hotel and whilst everyone was very helpful, the hotel is not really ready for such a theme, they do not have appropriate spaces that a group can comfortably excersise. We were lucky and had a great room with view, but some of us were not as lucky so it really depends which room/category you get. I liked that you had to reserve the pool places to avoid any fights/towel reservation situations as the space is tight. Special shout out to Andrea who is amazing and very helpful, some of his colleagues not so much. Food was very good. Also special shout out to Sofia at the bar who was a sunshine, always ready with a smile and provided me with my lactose free milk in the morning in order to drink my coffee on my room balcony. I like that there is Nespresso machines in the rooms (I had a superior room). The Hotel is high up and offers great views from the terrace and some rooms, but note that there are cranes obstructing the view currently insofar that it's not pretty to look at depending.

Cons:

the extra costs are very high in comparison to the general costs in Mallorca or other 5* hotels I have stayed at. Food and drinks at the pool in particular are too high in my view, EUR16 for an Aperol Spritz is disproportionate. The hotel itself I would classify as a 4*-Boutique Hotel rather than 5* even though I liked the hotel very much. We failed to book the breakfast at booking, and we were not offered any special deal, we were asked to pay EUR25 per person/day for the breakfast which is too high. Some staff members have an arrogance that I did not appreciate, particular when we were asking about reservation at the pool.

Traumhaftes Hotel mit großartigem Service

Wir haben Ende April einige Nächte im Purobeach Resort Santa Ponsa verbracht und waren von unserem Aufenthalt absolut begeistert.

Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir unglaublich herzlich empfangen. Die Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Professionalität des gesamten Teams haben uns vom ersten Moment an beeindruckt. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Gastfreundschaft nicht nur ein Versprechen ist, sondern tatsächlich gelebt wird.

Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön, modern und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage oberhalb der Bucht von Santa Ponsa bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer und sorgt für eine wunderbar ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre. Auch wenn das Hotel nicht direkt am Strand liegt, ist die erhöhte Lage mit dieser Aussicht für uns ein absoluter Pluspunkt.

Unser Zimmer mit Meerblick war wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bot alles, was man sich für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt wünschen kann. Die gesamte Anlage wirkt hochwertig, stilvoll und frisch renoviert.

Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön möchten wir an Laura richten. Sie betreut die deutschsprachigen Gäste und hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Wir waren nach unserem ersten Aufenthalt so begeistert, dass wir wenige Tage später spontan nochmals zurückgekehrt sind. Nachdem wir Laura kontaktiert hatten, organisierte sie für uns erneut ein Zimmer. Zu unserer großen Überraschung erhielten wir bei unserer Ankunft sogar ein Upgrade auf eine höhere Zimmerkategorie sowie einen Welcome-Prosecco und einen kleinen Willkommenssnack. Diese Aufmerksamkeit hat uns wirklich berührt und zeigt, wie sehr hier auf die Gäste geachtet wird.

Vielen Dank an Laura und das gesamte Team für diesen außergewöhnlichen Service. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die ein stilvolles Hotel mit traumhafter Aussicht, erstklassigem Service und herzlichen Mitarbeitern auf Mallorca suchen.

Standard of service and facilities exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

Great vibe ( for music lovers ) , spotlessly clean and the staff were professional and helpful . The guys working around the pool were exceptional.
