You cant sleep on the 5 floor
Pros:

The reception team was genuinely kind and welcoming, and the room itself was clean, comfortable, and included a pleasant balcony. The location is very convenient — only two minutes from the airport bus and within easy walking distance of both the beach and the city centre, in a nice area. Breakfast was acceptable, although the quality and preparation of the food could be improved.

Cons:

However, the essential purpose of a hotel room is to allow guests to rest and sleep, and unfortunately this was not fulfilled. The rooms on the 5th floor directly under the breakfast area, like mine, experience extremely loud noise from tables and chairs being moved. A late group arrival at 23:00 created constant disturbance until around 01:00, and then noise started again at 07:00. Even using earplugs, sleeping was not difficult — it was simply impossible.

Although reception apologised, no alternative solution or compensation was offered. After needing to travel for 12 hours the following day, the lack of rest made the experience extremely exhausting. These particular rooms should perhaps be reconsidered for other uses, such as meeting or conference spaces, if the hotel wishes to maintain a comfortable guest experience and avoid future complaints.

Очень грязный и старый номер, везде облущена краска, вздутые стены, плесень. Интернет отсутствует как таковой, я не считаю наличие интернета когда он работает за час - пятнадцать минут

Удобное расположение, рядом автобусные остановки, кафе, магазины, до моря 7-10 минут пешком. Вкусные завтраки. До основных достопримечательностей тоже можно дойти пешком. В номере были фрукты, вода, чай, кофе, но почему-то одна кофейная чашка.

Cons:

Мы брали номер люкс с гидромассажной ванной, но она оказалась очень маленькой даже для одного, хотя рассчитывали и по фото это как полноценное джакузи! И к тому же она была неисправна, невозможно было регулировать напор струй, клапан слива заедал, но на наши просьбы персонал так и не отреагировал. Не очень удобно то, что мыло для рук в большой емкости, а шампунь и гель для душа тоже в одной большой 2 в 1 и не понятно, что где. Фен был подсоеденен в ящике стола в спальне, что тоже не очень удобно! И розетки, они не подходили под наши вилки и нам пришлось идти покупать переходник, но никто об это не предупредил, хорошо, что мы прилетели утром, а не ночью.

Εφιαλτική! Περίμενα να ξημερώσει για να φύγω.

Cons:

Αρχικά οι περισσότεροι υπάλληλοι δεν μιλούσαν ελληνικά. Δεν υπήρχε πρόβλεψη για ευρωπαικού τύπου πρίζα για φόρτιση των συσκευών και σε επικοινωνία με τη receptionist (η οποία μιλούσε μόνο αγγλικά και δεν ήταν καθόλου ευγενική) η απάντησή της ήταν: buy an adaptor from the store next door!! Τα μαξιλάρια ήταν όλο σβώλους, δεν μπορούσες με τίποτα να τα χρησιμοποιήσεις. Το κλιματιστικό δεν λειτουργούσε, το δωμάτιο ήταν παγωμένο όλη νύχτα. Έπεσε μέσα στη νύχτα το ταβάνι πάνω από την μπανιέρα την οποία μόλις λίγες ώρες πριν χρησιμοποίησα. Αν είχε πέσει πάνω μου θα με είχε σίγουρα τραυματίσει. Τουλάχιστον υπήρξε άμεση ανταπόκριση από τον receptionist (ο οποίος ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικός) και με μετέφερε σε άλλο δωμάτιο καθώς το δικό μου δεν ήταν προς χρήση και στη συνέχεια όταν έκανα παράπονα στο check out ως αποζημίωση για την ταλαιπωρία μου, μου έκαναν δώρο την μεταφορά μου στο αεροδρόμιο με ταξί.

Cons:

Wbrew temu co jest napisane w ofercie, hotel nie ma parkingu. Musieliśmy parkować przy ulicy gdzie niestety nasze auto zostało celowo dwukrotnie uszkodzone
