Pros:

Excellent location and large rooms compared to other Japan hotels. Perfect for families or a group of friends. Mini full kitchen is very convenient to prepare meals when you don’t feel like dining out. Any of the close convenient stores offer a wide variety of take out food to enjoy immediately or to reheat later.

Cons:

The one thing I personally didn’t care for was the extremely hard beds. My back wasn’t very happy as I constantly had to toss and turn to search for a comfortable position. If you like beds with little cushion then will have no issues.
