I just had 2 nights here.
Check-in was fine Easwari checked me in and was polite and professional.
The room was on the 8 th floor and was fine and had all the usual amenities.
I would have welcomed even a small bottle of water in the fridge as it’s a hot place and there is nothing like a cool drink of water. One for the hotel to consider. Otherwise, the room was fine and I slept well. It’s nice and quiet.
I noted that there is filtered water by the sink which is great idea. Albeit not really cold but a glass in the fridge sorted that out.
The staff were pleasant and friendly throughout. I didn’t get the chance to eat here on this occasion as I was late arriving (10 pm) and the restaurant was closed as was the bar. It’s only a few minutes to the train to central Singapore and only takes around 35 mins.
Only 10 from the airport.
The only real disappointment was that the laundry was closed, that would have been so handy .
Otherwise. A good stay and I would consider staying again.

Also, great customer service from Easwari — friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout. Truly appreciate the excellent hospitality from both Azhar and Easwari.

My wife and I had a 12h layover so we decided to book a room from 9am to 5pm, during the check-in Mr Sean welcomed us with a warm smile and kindness, he also upgraded our room for free, that was a lovely surprise! The room was clean and spacious with huge balcony, we loved the swimming pool and the gym. Unfortunately the steam room and sauna were out of service. It’s located literally 5min drive from the airport and it has a mall with a big food court just next door. Even if was a short day stay, we loved it! Thanks again Sean

We had a very pleasant experience staying here. The hotel and rooms are clean, modern and well-maintained, and housekeeping was done efficiently while we were out for breakfast. The service is especially commendable, with friendly and helpful staff like James, Shaun, and Eewen. Breakfast spread is large and food tasty. Location is very convenient as it is located next to a mall. Will want to go back again!

The environment and the facilities.

Easy to get to from the expo MRT station, look for Changi city point mall when leaving the station , and hotel is signed post in the mall. Plenty of food places outside the hotel and in the mall.
Staff were very friendly , hotel lovely and clean with Elemis products in the bathroom.

Good location

Close to airport and MRT. Only one rail stop then 5 minute walk. Great for stopover. Next to a shopping centre and giant supermarket. Room and hotel was very nice. Would highly recommend.

Special thanks to Shawn Lai for taking the effort to arrange for a special upgrade and this little gesture for making the stay a memorable one for my daughter as she celebrated her 18th bday. Worthwhile for my rating with 5 stars!

I am thrilled to also inform you that the stay had been a wonderful one with the right amenities, spacious washroom and big space, not forgetting the special note and cute teddy bear too. Atmosphere was fantastic and we loved the stay. Cleanliness is 100% with the right location just next to the mall and NTUC and subway station.

I did not encounter loud noises ...perhaps because it was the corner room allocated. Excellent layout and long sofa! Lighting is excellent too!

Just a note for what needs to be improved -> The frontline staff upon checking-in needs a reminder to be more welcoming though (lack of smile and sounded frustrated) since this is all about hospitality, hence that's the only thing I want to highlight. Other than that, all is good!
