Cons:

各部屋にWi-Fiはありますが、正直言って形だけのように感じました。
これまで何度も宿泊していますが、以前はWi-Fiを使う必要がなかったため問題に感じませんでした。
今回は使用する必要があり、ほとんど使えない状態でした。
通信速度が非常に遅く、とても不便でした。

鹿児島市行く時は、いつも利用させて頂いてます。いつもながら、良かったです。

ヘアアイロンやアイロンなど新しいもの取り入れていただいて大変よかったですシャワーヘッドも新しいもので快適でした

喫煙室を間違って取っていましたが禁煙室に快く変更して頂きました！
事前のお願いではまだ空いていないので変更出来ませんでしたが当日は全宿泊分禁煙室になっていました！本当にありがとうございました🙇
