Nice short stay, but better request for high floors
Pros:

The staff were very nice and helpful throughout my stay.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
I also really liked the room design — it felt surprisingly compact and well-utilised despite the room size.

Cons:

The air conditioning and carpet felt a bit dusty. Unfortunately, this triggered my serious nose allergy during my stay, especially while I was in the room.
Additionally, the hotel is located directly above a busy main road. As I was on the 5th floor, I could clearly hear traffic noise, along with frequent police and ambulance sirens at night, which disturbed my sleep.

櫃檯服務員親切，周到，感覺賓至如歸。

Cons:

如果你沒連續住宿，即使中間隔一日沒續住，都無法寄放行李，這在東北地區因幅員遼闊，需拉行李到處去旅行實在太不方便，記得3年前住宿時他是可以寄放的，我是在訂完房才接獲訊息通知的，或許可以在官網載明或訂房網事先告知，方便旅客作行程上選擇，至於飯店回覆可以在仙台車站寄放行李，經過我這次尋找投幣寄物櫃情形是.....車站樓上樓下大櫃都客滿啊。

仙台駅からもほど近く、機会があればまた利用したいと思います。

朝食が和洋中とバラエティに富んでおり、味もよかったです。スタッフさんも親切でした。

Cons:

大浴場の脱衣所には、やはり体重計やゴミ箱がほしいかな。
