Modern, clean and conveniently located hotel
Pros:

The best hotel we used during our family trip to Japan. Modern, clean and comfortable hotel. Location is perfect and 1 minute walk from Nijo station which is a strategic location to stay at while visiting Kyoto.

快適な宿を見つけた
Pros:

駅が目の前、周りに飲食店も多数あり。
部屋は清潔で快適。
大浴場も清潔。
ベッドが良く、快眠できた。
1階ラウンジでコーヒー等がセルフサービスでいただける。

Cons:

大浴場に、小さなタオルを置いていただきたかった。
部屋の小さなタオルは、使用してしまう為。

Pros:

I would have booked without breakfast. The breakfast was too basic and didn't meet our expectations. There are many better options at the cafes and restaurants nearby. However, the hotel location was perfect, right across from the train station. They offer free cold and hot beverages 24 hours per day, which was really nice

I liked everything about the hotel except the breakfast, which was just too basic and almost the same items daily

Pros:

The staff was literally amazing.breakfast is good and varied. They even have hot/cold matcha from the machine! Beds are super comfy.
Location is great at it right across from the Nijo station.

Cons:

I used the gym a few times and the temperature was way high. First time it was set to 24 degrees C. The room is super small so temperature shouldn't be really set above 20.

Pros:

Very modern. Very close to train stations and bus stop. They kept the room clean everyday. Free drinks

The laundry room can be full at times. Some people took a long time to get their finished laundry

Proximity to the nearest station was wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable and amenities, from on site laundry to onsen to sundries, were plentiful.

Good location, comfortable stay.
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, opposite Nijo station which made getting around really easy. It is easy walking distance to restaurants and eating options too. We also enjoyed having a pre-dinner drink in the lounge/ bar area. Rooms were pretty good size and very comfortable.
