Extrem gutes Frühstück…war schon in vielen Hotels aber Honig aus einer Honigwabe hab ich noch nie gesehen!!!

Pros:

Gute Lage in DD. Als Apartment mit "Küchenzeile ", um sich auch Essen zubereiten zu können, sehr bescheiden ausgestattet, aber sonst geräumig und gut.

Cons:

Eine Flasche Wasser per Gutschein an der Rezeption abzuholen...
" Küche " alles 2x...also gleich abwaschen, aber dazu kein Spülmittel...

Budete bydlet v panelovém domě na sídlišti u místní čtyřproudovky.
Pros:

Hotel jako takový, jednoduché zařízení, účelné, dobré sociálky, byť jen WC a sprchový kout, byly oddělené, dobrá snídaně. čisté veřejné toalety u restaurace, rychlý výtah.

Cons:

Málo odhlučněné pokoje, i pozavření oken jsou slyšet auta ze čtyřproudovky na sídlišti mezi paneláky, kde hotel stojí. O policii nebo sanitce nemluvě. Ty máte v pokoji. Také malé odhlučnění směrem na chodbu, slyšíte slovo od slova. Jednak chybí vnitřní dveře zádveří pokoje, druhák hlavní dveře nedoléhají. Propouštějí po části obvodu a dole pod prahem světlo z chodby dovnitř pokoje. Tragédií jsou extrémně měkké matrace položené na pružinovou postel. Já spal celou dobu na matraci na zemi, mladší dcera si dala na pružiny přikrývku a spala bez matrace, jen starší dcera to neřešila. Té ale vadil hluk.

Pros:

Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche übrig, sehr vielseitig und wurde schnell nachgelegt. Alles sehr sauber, das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Die Anbindung des Hotels (Bushaltestelle vor der Tür) ist super, um in die Altstadt zu gelangen. Sehr praktisch ist das Restaurant Feldschlösschenbrauerei auf dem gleichen Gelände.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kühlschrank hat uns gefehlt (um auch mal Medikamente zwischenzulagern).

Tolles Hotel
Pros:

Das Zimmer war mit allem ausgestattet. Der Fahrstuhl hat auch funktioniert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig.

Cons:

Es gab nichts, was wir bemängeln würden.

Super miejsce, duże czyste pokoje, wszystko co jest potrzebne bylo na miejscu, stosunek jakości do ceny bardzo dobry.. Dobra lokalizacja, 20 min spacerkiem do centrum, autobus linii 62 odjeżdża co 7 min, przystanek zaraz obok hotelu. Duży parking hotelowy (10 eur za dobe), pyszne śniadania i miła obsługa. Polecam

Basic, clean hotel with lovely staff
Pros:

It was easy to reach without a car, everything was clean and the staff was absolutely lovely and helpful.

Cons:

The bed wasn’t super comfortable and the pillow was super flat (sleeping without one would have led to the same results). Also the wifi barely ever worked.

Gastfreundlicher Service hat hier keine Priorität!

Die Lage vom Hotel ist gut, nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt.

Cons:

Ich hatte aus familiären Gründen ganz kurzfristig 2 Übernachtungen über die Plattform von booking.com gebucht. Leider dabei vergessen, die Personenzahl der Reisenden von 2 auf 1 umzustellen. Als ich bei der Anreise 2 Karten für den Zimmerzugang bekam, war ich verwundert und fragte noch spaßig nach, ob mein Hund eine eigene Zimmerkarte bekommt.
Der Grund dafür natürlich meine falsche Buchung der Reisenden Personen.

Ich hatte dann am nächsten Morgen an der Rezeption nachgefragt, ob man das Doppelzimmer auf Einzelnutzung umbuchen könnte. Das wurde leider abgelehnt, als Begründung gab die Dame an, das ginge nicht, da ich über einen Fremdanbieter gebucht hätte.

Daran hatte ich allerdings meine Zweifel. Denn als ich bei der Anreise den Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption informiert habe das ich meinen Hund dabei habe wurden kurzerhand die Zimmerkarten für mein gebuchtes Zimmer in der 5 Etage zurück gezogen und ich habe eine Umbuchung auf die sogenannte „Hundeetage“ im Erdgeschoss bekommen. Dafür sollte ich dann aber auch noch 50,00 € für 2 Nächte als Zusatzgebühr für den Hund mehr entrichten. Darauf reagierte ich etwas verwundert, was den Mitarbeiter dann veranlasste die Gebühr von 25.00 € pro Nacht auf den Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten zu reduzieren.

Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr stark darauf fokussiert durch zusätzliche Gebühren z.B. Hund oder Parkhaus die Umsätze zu steigern. Sicher wäre eine Umbuchung in eine gehobenere Zimmerkategorie kein Problem gewesen. Das gefällt vielleicht der Geschäftsführung, geht aber an einem gastfreundlichen und kundenfreundlichen Umgang vorbei.

Nun noch zum Zimmer und den Aufenthalt:
Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit war nicht durchgängig gewährleistet. Trotz 25.00 € Gebühr für den Hund war im Zimmer kein Mehrwert zu erkennen, der diese Gebühr hätte rechtfertigen können. Außerdem ist es im Haus ganztags und teilweise auch Nachts sehr laut.

Ubytovanie čisté, raňajky výborné, bolo z čoho vyberať .

Cons:

V novembri sme tu boli ubytovaní, no komfort pobytu bol znížený kvôli chladu na izbách. Pri príchode bolo kúrenie v oboch izbách vypnuté a okná netesnili, takže aj po zapnutí kúrenia bolo izby ťažké vykúriť. Podobný problém s netesniacimi oknami bol aj v jedálni.
