You violated my privacy by opening the room I was sleeping in, which is not your right and could harm the hotel. When I write this thing that I wanted from you, do not say that the maid who works with me asked for this, and that, God forbid, something bad happened. I didn't call him. He's the Makati police chief, I have a close relationship with him, and he's known to the embassy. I ask you to write this down, and I will not hesitate to apologize for what I did to you. I will regret not being considered a resident of your hotel and will be compensated for the violation of my privacy
The hotels' facilities are quite good, however the wifi is hit and miss.
The staff were polite but quite slow and unprepared. It took me 20 minutes to check in, normally that should only take maximum 5 minutes.
nice look perfect location all very good accommodation, good service ,but I did have to wake up at 4 am for connection
Internet bad connection after putting wireless router ,nice people very friendly,helpfull,but if your not on vacation like me ,and on the computer fast internet ,its something else

Totally old rooms. Terrible bathroom, broken sink etc.
The location is convenient though.
It is very loud and hard to sleep here. It is not located where it is shown on the Expedia map. It is in the heart of the Red Light District. It is dirty, old and run down.
Normal hotel, however the noise of the car was bad.
