Solicite un roomservice y nunca llego, un dia no hicieron limpieza en la habitacion, por los temblores de la ciudad el hotel tiene altibajos

En la noche en la otra habitación hacía un sonido fuerte que no dejaba dormir, la limpieza tenía que solicitarla a la recepción

Todo fue extraordinario, nos encantó que sean ecológicos, los aromas tan deliciosos, la vista desde la terraza fabulosa, nos vamos encantados y con ganas de regresar

Mit jedem betreten des Hotels wurde man freundlich vom Concierge Service begrüßt.
Des Hotels ist eine Kunstausstellung, sowie die Möglichkeit, ein Kaffee zu trinken.

I originally reserved through Booking.com and checked in from Feb 11 to the 14th. I was feeling sick so I changed my flight to return home to USA on the 12th. No one wants to be sick in a foreign country! I called the front desk to ask for a refund for unused nights. The hotel said it should be fine but that I would have to contact Booking.com.
Called, got hung up on several times, finally spoke to an agent who said she would email the hotel and that I should check with the manager in the morning.
The manager was late to work, but I waited. When he arrived late, he said that Booking.com was lying and that no email was received. The manager’s name is Miguel Carras. He also said the refund was decision of Booking and not the hotel. He said, that he’s seen this many times before where Booking.com lied to customers and told them they would send and email to the hotel, but never do. The customer service agent at Booking.com also lied and said she could not get a hold of anyone at the hotel. While on the line with her, I used the hotel phone to call reception and they picked up right away. When I put Booking.com on speaker to speak to the hotel agent, Booking.com hung up.
I took my flight back to USA in the 12th, but the hotel refused to check me out or give me an invoice until the duration of my stay was over (the 14th). It seems that between Booking.com and the hotel, there is a big scam going on.
My refund request has not been honored for unused nights (Thursday, February 12th and Friday, February 13th).
So probably someone was staying in that room on my dime. They are running a big scam.
The hotel is subpar and has terrible customer service.
The accommodations were low budget. So you have a low budget hotel for premium price.
When I asked for a corporate manager they wrote down a fake email address and gave it to me. The email was returned undeliverable.

It wasn’t very clean. The staff was not friend. Very shady, unethical and unprofessional.

La habitación daba a la avenida principal de la Reforma y a la madrugada se escuchan los gritos de las personas que duermen en la calle lo cual interrumpian el sueño
Die Zimmer waren sauber aber durchaus schon etwas verwohnt. Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück sehr gut.
