No te hospedes si vas a descansar el ruido del pasillo y la comida me decepcionó.
Pros:

El joven de la cafetería me dio un vaso con hielo, ya que en el hotel no tienen máquina de hielo.

Cons:

El buffet alto el costo, no estaba el servicio de omelets, tardan en reabastecer las charolas de comida, llegué el host dijo pase donde usted guste, pero me senté en una mesa y me comentó que si me movía ya que era para un grupo de oaxaqueños, tuve que preguntar a las meseras directamente quién atiende, nunca mencionaron si había servicio a la carta, en fin desepción.

Por otro lado en la ventana donde está su climatización en el 2do piso se cola el aire tuve que poner al frente una manta y la sostuve con una almohada para que no corriera la corriente de aire, las habitaciones se escucha todo en el pasillo, any way no me vuelvo a hospedar con ustedes.

Ensembles communs très bien rénovés, vue exceptionnelle, mais chambres très mal refaites, trop bruyante.

Great location and staff w amazing rooftop chilled cafe.
Pros:

Great location next to main park in Historic Centre and right next to Metro Line 3. Huge comfy bed w decent en suite. Good size wardrobe w plenty good quality hangers. Great lobby and amazing rooftop cafe and gym. Super friendly staff.

Cons:

Thin walls and noisy on first floor. Rowdy guests knocking on wrong door (mine) at 07.15!! Only one coffee pack enough for one mug. Shower only luke warm and toiletries very basic. Bedside light controls do not operate lights above door.

Que se informa como spa y que hay masajista y sin embargo para acceder a los masajes hay que pagar antes para conseguir masajista.... Esto entre otras incomodidades

Bem localizado e boa receptividade
Pros:

Localização, proximidade ao Palacio de Bellas Artes e metro. Rooftop com vista bem bonita da cidade. Recepção e atenção do staff do hotel. Cama confortável e limpeza muito boa. Agua no corredor.

Cons:

Banheiro antigo, com área de chuveiro pequeno e ainda com cortina. Shampoo, condicionador e sabonete liquido de qualidade inferior. Pouca iluminação no quarto.
