The location is quiet and a short walk away from a little mall. The staff were nice. The bed was comfortable and clean.
The air conditioning worked great as well.
Being a cheaper room, it would be fine to spend the night waiting for a flight the next day, or a couple nights, but not long term.
The wifi was not good even though I had good signal, I had to use my phone's data to work.
Don't bring snacks or food because of ants. They won't bite you, but they will get into anything you leave out, even a cup of coffee you are actively drinking.
Sometimes, for short periods of time, there were strong smells like cigarettes or urine from a vent in my room.
Room was upgraded to good for 6 pax instead of 4 pax.
Most of the outlets in the room are not working. Aircon not working well.

Its cheaper and accessible,,, and the staff is good and kind. Ots okay for me a little room and not so new but hopefully it will be cleaner and the bed hopefully they change it its so old already.
The aircon is not cold, their room is not too clean, there’s ants from the table, and the bed sinks already and old, the lavatory is already cracked, and the television didn’t funtion will, and bery bad reception.
I liked the staff at the reception.
There is nothing to like in the hotel. The hotel owner did not invest in the hotel. I stayed in 3 different rooms, all rooms have problems, water is dripping in the bathroom and in the room. the windows are bad and it's hard to sleep because of the noise of the cars. no mirrors in bathrooms are difficult. taps are broken. The staff are helpful, but the hotel owner needs to invest in the hotel. This hotel does not deserve the price they charge for it.
Property was clean
There was an infestation of ants that would not quit. Granted I already knew about how ants could be in the Philippines but this was out of control. The shower was mediocre at best and the CR was also overrun with ants and was quite possibly the source.
The room was big and there is a nice food market around the hotel.
The room could use a refresh. There were two bed but one of them was really hard (but both were big enough so we could both sleep on one).
i love the area near the food park, tha room is spacious, the restroom is big the bead are comfortable.
no Netflix, no wifi inside room, the toilet is not that clean, the faucet in the lavatory is getting off, and the lavatory itself is broken.
