El alojamiento reúne todo lo que una persona necesita cuando viaja: una ubicación céntrica, habitaciones limpias y, sobre todo, un personal de diez que responde ante cualquier problema. Para nosotros, estas son las tres cosas más importantes cuando viajamos, y este alojamiento las cumple a la perfección.

Además, el edificio es un verdadero encanto. Sin duda, si vuelvo a Oporto, repetiría una y otra vez. Muchísimas gracias por hacerme sentir como en casa. Si hay algo que realmente destaca de este alojamiento, es su personal.

Classy hotel in the heart of Porto
Pros:

Classy and luxurious hotel. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Room was big with lounge and kitchenette area. Breakfast was excellent too.

كل شي فالفندق رهيب، من المدخل للغرف والخدمة روعة. قريب من السنتر و المحلات و كل شي قريب منه. كان عندي مشكلة فالغرفة وبدلوها لي على طول اعجبني اهتمامهم بمشكلتي من اول مكالمة بدون مايزعجوني. عندهم كوفي صغير تحت فالمكتبة وكثير حلو.

Ein wunderschönes erstes Kennenlernen von Porto mit bester portugiesischer Gastfreundschaft.
Pros:

Das Personal war aussergewöhnlich aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir haben jeden Morgen gefrühstückt und was angeboten wurde war frisch und vielfältig (zBsp. 4 verschiedene Saftsorten, alle frisch gepresst). Besonders angetan waren wir von der Lage des Hotels: in einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse gelegen erreichten wir innert 2-3 Gehminuten die betriebsame Altstadt und die Fussgängerzone.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff

Cons:

The shower in the morning took 15 min to warm up.
We were probably the first to shower.
Other times of the day the shower was fine.
Minor issue. If I went back to Porto would definitely stay at this hotel.

Friendly boutique luxury
Pros:

Exceptionally friendly, helpful staff - a very warm welcome.
A charming and quirky, themed room with a large, very comfortable bed.
The little patisserie cum cocktail bar was perfect for a pre dinner drink expertly mixed by the enthusistic barman.
The breakfast was outstanding.
The location is ideal, we walked everywhere.
Would definately return!

Cons:

The bathroom was a little chilly (we were visiting at the end of November.)
