Pros:

The open air baths

Cons:

Pillows weren’t the most comfortable. The toiletry bags replenished everyday was a bit of an overkill.

夕食と施設の充実さがとても良かった。
Pros:

施設が充実しており、子連れだったので岩盤浴等は出来なかったが、カラオケは機種も古くなく、楽しめた。
夕食バイキングも当日頼んだが、柔軟に対応していただき楽しめた。刺身や蒸し牡蠣がありとても満足できるバイキングだった。

Cons:

ツインベットの部屋だったが、子供の睡眠時落下防止の為、片方のベットを寄せたら下から埃と使用済みのクシが出てきた。その辺の清掃が行き届いているとより良いなと感じた。

View from balcony is absolutely fabulous. Looking over Ocean is breathtaking and it had hot spring which I enjoyed a lot.

Cons:

A bit far from shops and station.

設備、温泉、食事がいいけど、人がよくない！
Pros:

部屋にも源泉掛け流しの小さなお風呂がある。部屋も広くて、対岸の宮島が瀬戸内海越しに見えて開放感がある。食事も広島らしい美味しいものがあり、満足感がある。

Cons:

駅からタクシーで5分のところに行くのに、タクシーがいなくで困っている客に30分歩くことをすすめられた。夜遅く、女性にたいして、ほかの提案や対策をして欲しかった。
朝食もバイキングなのに、予約人数枠にこだわって、希望を聞いてもらえなかった。厨房担当にとりつぐでもなく、自分の一存ではできないといわれた。
浴衣はあるけど、帯がないことを伝えると、誤っただけで、在庫を探してもらえなかった。

いくつかの清潔面以外はとても快適でした！
Pros:

部屋の温泉もよく、景色も良かった。
また、部屋も広く過ごしやすかった。
食事も種類が豊富で、満足した。

Cons:

シーツに生理の血がうっすら残っている跡があった。足元の幅が狭いカバーで隠れていて夜はわからなかったが、朝気がついた。
また、ところどころ埃が溜まっていたり、大浴場がぬかるんでいて少し残念だった。

Nice staff but needs good housekeeping
Pros:

staff and room size

Cons:

Very poor cleaning standard. Asked for the room to be cleaned on the second day and didn’t happen. There was dust everywhere and spiderwebs, you could tell the room hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Reception staff was nice though.
