清潔感はいまいちだけど、立地・値段・設備等お得に泊まれるところ

・セルフチェックインで手間なく部屋に入れた
・立地がよく、心斎橋・道頓堀、大阪城まで歩ける距離だった
・静かなエリアで、部屋でもとなりの音など気になることなく過ごせた
・畳や障子など落ち着いたインテリアがよかった

Cons:

・床やベッドに髪の毛が5〜6本落ちていた
・畳の床で雰囲気はよかったが、シミがたくさんあり気になった

Все кто пишет плохие отзывы по типу «маленький душ, мало места, далеко от центра, плохой туалет» видимо не жили в других отелях Японии. На мой взгляд отель превосходит все ожидания. Писали, что нет wifi. Нам дали его при заселении, отлично работает. Душ маленький, но комфортный для людей до 100кг. Все остальное очень новое и опрятное. Большой холодильник, плотные шторы, аккуратный ремонт, чистота, настоящие окна с видом на улицу, а не муляж как любят в отелях Японии. Мы жили на 4 этаже в стандартном номере. Один номер на этаж, у нас не было проблем с шумом

Было холодно, кондиционер слабый для нагрева и такой площади, но одеяла большие и теплые

Pros:

Good amount of space for the price. I liked the mixture of both traditional japanese tatami in the room and western mattress. Location was super helpful for getting to places and many great restaurants just around the corner and about.

Cons:

One of the windows might have a gap. It wasn't an issue since it was unseasonably warm but I can only imagine how cold it could get due to the gap.

Nice decor, but major issues with cleanliness and amenities
Pros:

The room decor was nice and felt new, and the mattress was comfortable. Unfortunately, that was the only real positive of our stay.

Cons:

The room was not clean, there was visible dust. The hairdryer was very weak and old, it took so long to dry my hair that I eventually stopped washing it during the stay.

There was no working internet, and there was little willingness to resolve the issue. I was repeatedly told that the password was correct and to copy and paste it, which did not help. I ended up wasting all my roaming data trying to communicate with the host, and once my data ran out, I had no way to contact them. Because of this, our 3-night stay became much more expensive as we had to purchase additional roaming data just to navigate and stay in touch with work responsibilities back home.

The house manual was also incorrect. It stated that the toilet was a modern Japanese toilet with a bidet, which it was not. This was disappointing, as modern Japanese toilets are quite standard in Japan, and the information provided was misleading.

Additionally, there was no hook outside the shower to hang clothes. We had to place our clothes on the floor or the wet sink. There was a visible hole in the wall where a hook should have been, suggesting it was never fixed.
