Great hotel, room, service and food all excellent. Great location.
Pros:

We loved the hotel. It had a cosy vibe and the reception staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The room was spacious and modern. Comfy bed. The breakfast was excellent. We ate in the Caruso restaurant both nights which was fantastic, great food and lovely staff. Great location just 5 mins walk to cable car and 20 mins into St Moritz. Buses were very good and frequent.

Pleasant short stay
Pros:

Cater for a free shuttle between train Station and Hotel. Very close to lake area and location is excellent. Very good breakfast.

Pros:

sehr gute Lage, ÖV-Verbindungen sehr gut. Hat sehr viele gute Restaurants + Wellness und Spa sehr schön. Reception sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Bad/WC Könnte renoviert sein.
Licht: wenn wir den einen Schalter betätigen, dann haben wir im ganzen Familienzimmer Licht / kein Licht...
Wellness / Spa: Boden auf der Terrasse mit dem Pool - sehr schlecht. Wäre möglich z.B. eine Stange zu Installieren, wo man sich dran festhalten kann.

A room with a view - this one takes some beating!
Pros:

The hotel has a luxurious feel and the modern decor works well. There are three restaurants on site and two others to visit in nearby properties, so great choice for evening meals. The lobby bar is spacious and has an open fire. The whole place has a great ambience.

Cons:

I would like to have hair conditioner in the room. There are lots of leaflets around explaining different events taking place but it would be even better to have some maps and details for local walks. (Zermatt has an app which can be downloaded to find out this kind of information.) The St Moritz website is not particularly helpful so if the hotel could supply this local information it would be most useful for hikers like myself.

WONDERFUL HOTEL AT ST MORITZ
Pros:

Wonderful hotel: big lobby with fireplace and bar, very complete breakfast with hot food prepared at the moment, staff helpful and 4 nice restaurants. The room was spacius with varanda and nice view of the mountains. Very nice class of yoga.

Cons:

The hotel is at St. Moritz Bad but they provide tranfers for the arrival and departure.

eigentlich war alles top, es sind nur kleine details
-wasser wurde im zimmer nicht aufgefühlt

Pros:

La chambre est bien mais pas d’eau, ni de café /thé.

Cons:

Personnel absent, pas à l’école, impossible de manger /boire dans la journée quand les restaurants fermés. J’ai payé pour 3 nuits et on a pu rester que 2 - l’hôtel ne voulait rien savoir même si c’était le début du forum à Davos - donc forte demande
