Das Frühstück und das Restaurant waren gut

Cons:

Das Zimmer und die Ausstattung waren enttäuschend klein und altmodisch. Zudem war die Dusche im in der Badewanne. Der Wellnessbereich musste separat bezahlt werden. Dier Preis passte keineswegs zur Leistung.

Wunderbares Hotel mit Kinderkrankheiten nach dem Umbau.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist charmant, neu renoviert und sehr ansprechend.

Cons:

Viele Dinge sind nicht für ein Hotel eingerichtet.. z.b. 2 langsame Kaffeemachinen beim Frühstück .. dauert ewig einen Kaffee zu machen. SPA Bereich sieht super aus, aber viele Dinge sind unpraktisch oder funktionieren nicht.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen!
Pros:

Generell sehr guter Eindruck. Sehr gutes Frühstück und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer oberhalb der Pizzeria und es war bis in die Nacht (2:00-3:00) ziemlich laut. Zimmer sind eher hellhörig.

Bella la struttura internamente, con molti servizi ed una pulizia ottima, molto carina anche la discoteca presente nell'hotel

Cons:

il bagno anni 80 con la tenda nella vasca da bagno, una "plastica" messa sul vetro con lo scotch, una gestione p.auto pessima e la mancanza di riscontro alle richieste...colazione nulla di che e mal organizzata

Leider trotz Lage keine Empfehlung - billige Ausstattung, komplizierte Prozesse, Spa kostet Extra
Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und bietet mehrere Restaurants zum Essen an. Die Betten waren komfortabel. Die Lounge mit dem Feuer ist sehr gemütlich und einladend.

Cons:

Wir waren insgesamt enttäuscht. Das ganze Erlebnis war durchzogen.
- Check-In: Wir sollten 5 min auf das Zimmer warten. Daraus wurden 30 min in deren uns nicht einmal ein Drink angeboten wurde.
- Spa: Das ist sehr komisch. Der schöne Spa im gleichen Gebäude ist nicht im Preis inbegriffen und kostet CHF 30 extra pro Person (auch für Kinder). Es steht ein kostenloser Spa in einem anderen Gebäude - dazu muss man aber 5-10 min Fussweg auf sich nehmen. Es gibt keine Bademäntel auf dem Zimmer. Sie müssen auch beim Spa vom gleichen Gebäude geholt und auch dort wieder abgegeben werden, weshalb man immer mit Kleider dorthin gehen muss.
- Billige Ausstattung: Ausser der Lobby wirkt die Renovation sehr "billig". Am Lift waren kaputte Wände mit Klebeband angebracht. Im Spa waren rund 3-4 Dinge (Duschen, Kaltwasserbecken, ...) trotz frischer Renovation bereits ausser Betrieb. Die Gänge wirkten nicht wie ein Kurhotel und erinnern stark an die Jugendherberge, was es auch einmal war. Die Luft im Zimmer war sehr stickig. Die Vorhänge liessen sich nicht vollständig ohne Lücke schliessen. Unser Duschhahn hat die ganz Nacht getropft und das Holz regelmässig laut geknackt. Insgesamt entspricht dies überhaupt nicht dem Preis, dem man zahlt.
