If you prefer central Kas this is a good choice
I cannot agree with the positive reviews. It smelled like mould inside, I hated the room interior with the dark orange walls. The breakfast was always the same and by the end of my 5 day vacation I could no longer look at it
The location is amazing, staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great even though it was in a different building (but the 2-minute walk is no big deal). No questions to the cleanliness aw well.
The walls are quite thin and you could hear other people slamming doors and turning on/off the shower which was a nuisance from time to time.
Great location and very friendly staff! They helped us with all the tips and tricks of the area. Lovely room, would definitely visit again.

Расположение в центре города, при этом было тихо, номера с хорошим и сильным ремонтом, очень приятный парень на ресепшене, во все помог, принес бокалы, штопор по первой просьбе. Прекрасный сытный и вкусный завтрак в соседнем отеле. Рекомендую!
pleasant lobby, staff, it was my birthday and they brought a cake with a candle.
The room was on the roof, very hot in the room, the air conditioner cools the room in about 30 minutes. The room is cramped; if a suitcase is lying there, you have to step over it. No elevator, have to climb up to the 3rd floor by stairs.

Нам понравилось расположение отеля(до всего близко), номера чистые и красивые(всё соответствует фото), ночью тихо(но это зависит от соседей, шумка между номерами как и везде не очень, за 3 ночи спали всегда спокойно). Нормальны завтрак, без большого выбора, в основном акцент на выпечке, позиций на заказ в виде омлетов - нет.
P.S. Данная оценка привязана к цене 100$ сутки.
Не понимаю зачем придумали заезд в 15 00, а выезд в 11 00. Очень не удобно. Причем эта история только в Каше из трёх городов где мы были. При этом нас заселили раньше, за что плюс отелю, и не выгоняли ровно в 11 00.
