A reasonably priced hotel close to the town and ferrr port.
Pros:

The property was clean and well presented. The buffet breakfast was amazing.

Lovely comfortable place to stay with spectacular views over Oban Bay
Pros:

Excellent welcome , lovely staff and an excellent breakfast. Excellent restaurant for evening meals

Cons:

The swimming pool was closed for the last two nights which was a disappointment.
We had a flood in our room the last night which was unsettling

I wouldn’t stay there again. Paid just over £110 for an overnight room was freezing and bed was tiny and uncomfortable

Lovely break this is our fourth time staying
Pros:

Friendly staff , always checking if you require anything, room cosy comfortable and tasteful decorated . Views over the water excellent, meals cooked to perfection and detail maybe just a bit too much in some portions. Everything hot and breakfast buffet replenish regular and nice and hot, convenient to walk into town Parking car at hotel good swimming pool good

The weather was our only disappointment, but hotel was comfortable in the lounge overlooking the water in the afternoon when it was raining enjoying a pot of tea , a selection of books and games available too,

Lovely stay would definitely recommend the hotel

Very clean and room size large as we were staying in chalet

Cons:

Unfortunately the rear of hotel had old furniture in carpark and a lot of the guttering to roof was leaking all over and making a lot of noise when trying to sleep .
