Kann das Hotel empfehlen, obere Stockwerke bei den Zimmern nehmen....👍😃
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück und gute Lage, Aussicht (Meerblick) könnte besser sein, aber besser als in den Innenhof (Pool).
Alles Fußläufig und sehr gut zu erreichen, freundlicher und günstiger Tourenschalter im Hotel.

Cons:

Leider war ein Late Check out nicht möglich, es gibt aber einen Raum mit Dusche usw.
Der Pool war meist belegt und früh schon mit Handtüchern reserviert....👎🙈.

Pros:

I liked the location, and the welcome gift was a very thoughtful touch. The staff were friendly and genuinely helpful.

Cons:

While the bed sheets and towels were clean, I felt that the overall cleanliness of the room could be improved. For example, after walking on the floor, my socks became quite dirty, which suggests the floor may not have been thoroughly cleaned. I also noticed that the cups were not washed properly.
In addition, the bed cover was not very comfortable. The surface felt wrinkled, which made it a bit uncomfortable for my back. Luckily, I was staying alone and could move to another bed.
Another concern was the drinking water. The filtered water container did not appear to be clean, as I noticed some dirt inside when opening it. It may be related to the filter, but having a cleaner setup or an alternative source of drinking water would be reassuring.
I hope this feedback is helpful and can contribute to improving the experience for future guests.

Pros:

The staff there is very nice. I had a rough start - somebody had set the alarm clock to wake up at 03.30. I woke up and couldn't sleep anymore. All the troubles were compensated and I liked my staying there. The swimming pool was great. The cleaner surprised me one day!

A szálloda szuper helyen volt, a személyzet nagyon kedves, a szoba pedig klassz és nagyon jól felszerelt volt. Különösen tetszett, hogy volt szűrt víz a szobában.

Excellent hotel with incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Less than 5 mins walk from Cenang beach
Pros:

I had a deluxe twin room overlooking the pool - the room was a great size and immaculately clean - with excellent daily housekeeping. Breakfast was really good - a huge amount of choice with everything beautifully presented. Stand out for me were the staff - I was travelling on my own and all the staff - without exception - made me feel incredibly welcome and were all friendly, helpful and professional. I’d definitely return to and recommend this hotel

Cons:

There are limited beds by the pool but I didn’t find this an issue and did manage to find a bed for the day I’d decided on a pool day. You just need to be prepared to get up early to secure a space.

Not worth the money compared to other hotels in Malaysia - would avoid if possible

Nice pool, new bathroom

Cons:

Staff at check in were very unhelpful- no info about the hotel at check in - opening hours of pool etc. room was on the ground floor and extremely noisy next to the pool & music playing until late in the evening. At least warn patrons or double glaze the windows. Room was extremely dark & noisy being next to a service area.
