Für 1 bis 2 Nächte gut geeignet, aber auch nicht mehr
Pros:

Die Lage ist super und die Zimmer hinsichtlich Sauberkeit und Komfort in Ordnung. Sowohl Check-In als auch Check-Out verliefen schnell und unkompliziert.

Cons:

Es ist extrem hellhörig, insbesondere vom Flur bekommt man alles zu hören. Das Hotel könnte generell einen neuen Anstrich gut vertragen, der Teppich und die Wände sehen teils ordentlich mitgenommen aus.

Das alte renovierungsbedürftige Zimmer, ein schmales Bett an der Wand, wo kein Ausstieg und kein Nachtschrank war, die Macken an der Tür und der Wand, die fehlenden Zahnputzbecher.

Die Anbindung zur U und S Bahn.
Alles was benötigt wird in unmittelbarer Nähe ( Bäcker, Restaurant. Apotheke etc.)
Aufzug ist vorhanden
Sauberkeit

Cons:

Tiefgarage sehr eng aber mit ein wenig geschick ist dies auch machbar.
Die Vorhänge dürften ein wenig Licht undurchlässiger sein aber sonst alles gut

É sporchissima! Nessun servizio in camera , non rifanno neanche il letto. Pavimento lurido , bagni sporchi anche all’arrivo. Polvere ovunque , perfino le lenzuola puzzavano di polvere. Cuscini allucinanti , mai dormito su un cuscino tanto scomodo in vita mia e ragnatele ai muri. Senza considerare le urla e i rumori durante tutta la notte .

Pros:

Cercano a todo, del casco antiguo y para tomar locomoción, en este caso tranvía. Lugar cómodo, con calefacción y el staff muy amable y agradable, dispuesto a ayudad.

Cons:

La tina era un poco incómoda y resbaladiza.

Ottima posizione. Mezzi di trasporto a pochissimi passi dall'hotel.

Avevamo due camere prenotate ed abbiamo fatto presente non appena ci sono state consegnate che in una camera il letto era attaccato al muro ed abbiamo gentilmente chiesto se fosse stato possibile cambiare camera, poiché dalle foto non era visibile questo dettaglio. Ci è stato risposto di no in una maniera piuttosto sgarbata.
Inoltre, la sera stessa abbiamo chiesto di poter lasciare i nostri bagagli per una notte, tanto poi la notte successiva avremmo risoggiornato in questa struttura. Ovviamente ci è stato risposto che era possibile ma con un contributo di 5€ a bagaglio da dare. La mattina successiva, nel momento di dare il bagaglio, era presente alla reception un'altra persona che ci ha riferito che il prezzo era di 10€ a bagaglio. Solamente dopo aver fatto presente che avevamo già chiesto la sera prima e ci era stato detto un prezzo differente, si è tornati al prezzo iniziale.
Non credo sinceramente sia opportuno chiedere soldi per lasciare due bagagli a mano in un hotel dove abbiamo soggiornato la notte di Natale e il weekend successivo, ma a prescindere da questo non trovo corretto cambiare il prezzo di qualcosa già detto a distanza di meno di 12 ore.

Great location. Be aware there is a night club across the street that is noisy on the weekend.
Pros:

Good location close to Munich Old Town.

Cons:

There was a night club across the street which was open on the Friday and Saturday nights we stayed at the hotel. We had to keep the window closed but there was still a lot of people hooting and hollering plus the sound of thumping bass. This noise lasted until between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM.

Das man mit Frühstück bucht. Dann wird dir gesagt das es kein Frühstück gibt. Wenn Mann das vorher gewusst hätte konnte man auch ein anderes Hotel buchen
