Great location, nice rooms
Pros:

We were recommended this hotel by some fellow travellers and were happy with their guidance.
Breakfast was a good mix of local and western food, and nice restaurant.
Location was great with close access to the trains, and local attractions within an easy walk.
The Deluxe Room King was a good size, and easily able to accommodate a couple of large suitcases.

Bon séjour à l’hôtel, personnel très accueillant.
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse, très propre. Nous étions au pied du métro ce qui était très pratique. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt bon. Le restaurant était très bon et très agréable.

Cons:

La douche fonctionnait mal par moment. Le buffet du petit déjeuner ne propose pas grand chose.

Very very good hotel
Pros:

Loved the spacious rooms, the little extra that’s much appreciated such as green tea candies , green tea and free mini bar! Next door to subway also very convenient!
Also very nice and clean rooms! Nice and friendly staff. Everything very nice. A bit far to walk to Gion and that part in the heat but buses and subway all were very close !

Cons:

30 min distance to walk to tourist area

掃除の一部は残念でしたが、それ以外ではとても快適に過ごせました。
Pros:

お部屋を2部屋予約したのですが、リクエスト通り隣にしていただけ、グレードアップもしてくださいました。ガジェット類を借りたり、とても親切にしていただきました。朝食もとても美味しくて大満足です。

Cons:

洗面ボウルの排水のところが輪っか状に汚れていたり，コップが置いてあるコースターがメッシュで白っぽい汚れが溜まってて衛生的に良くないと思いました。
