Es ist sehr gut gelegen zwischen Stadt und Strand. Die Ausstattung ist sehr modern und es war sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Unser Studio im EG hatte nur einen „Guckloch“ als Fenster, was ein Gefühl von „Keller“ erzeugte.
The room was large and welcoming, the staff were easy going and provided good customer service. We had a staycation and just enjoyed relaxing.

The in-room coffee was excellent.
Property was excellent! From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Lucy until we left. It is a small boutique property with a retro feel but spotlessly clean and the attention to detail & decor is outstanding. Breakfast was included and was one option from the set menu which was fine but on the first day more focus was on charging for extras (which you dont need!) than on the choices you do have! Chef did a great job and it was beautifully presented and tasted great. Room was bright and airy with complementary tea & coffee making facilities but the special feature was the beautiful bath and lovely toiletries - the bath was a real treat after a long day sight seeing round Wellington! All in all I would thoroughly recommend if you are visiting the area. Lucy was such a pleasant girl who was very willing to to give super recommendations for restaurants, etc. all those personal touches were appreciated.

Loved the location close to the harbour. Near Ortega fish shack which is an amazing restaurant. The bedrooms were really comfortable and loved the bath.

The bed was too soft, for old bones.
So lovely. Beautiful decor; excellent cleanliness and comfort. Loved the little treats and extra touches.
We were given the ground floor (Dungeon) studio next to the communal toilets. The room was freezing like an icebox. We were exhausted and tried to rest at 4.30pm and there was noise all around, above someone was banging and crashing, talking and noise everywhere. We complained and staff denied the issues, especially the noise above /which turned out to be workmen. However, the staff did shift us to the next floor. However, whilst a much superior position, again freezing cold for a cold winter day and the air con would not work. (staff need lessons or there needs to be an explanation of how to work in reverse the aircon in freezing conditions. The carpet was dirty the skirting was unclean. The silly design of glass wall/doors to bathroom was terrible and fall off /could have caused real damage to a person if my husband had not caught it in time - shower floor designed wrong and water went everywhere - This looked good in photos but was a faulty towers and then the reception denied they had had complaints before. Not going back.

Very modern. Clean and very comfortable. Upgraded to a room with a bath as well as shower. Bath was luxurious. Lovely shampoos and extras, including bath salts. Large room. With sofa and comfy chairs. Massive TV. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Looks slightly off when you pull up but absolutely lovely inside.

Fantastic hotel with a great atmosphere and truly amazing staff. They made our stay extra special with their warmth, energy, and great local tips. The food was delicious and the location is absolutely perfect. We also loved the big room with its beautiful view over the harbour, which made our stay even more special. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back!
The only small downsides were the rather soft mattress and the unusual bathroom setup(which we already knew beforehand).
