Très bien pour un court séjour.
Pros:

Le personnel super !!! charmant, toujours souriant et aidant.
Hôtel très calme, pas de bruit.
La chambre était très propre.
Présence d'une bouilloire et d'un sèche cheveux.
Chauffage réglable et efficace.
Hôtel proche de la gare de Paddington.
Pub en haut de la rue à recommander (Pride of paddington)

Cons:

Notre chambre était au 4ème étage sans ascenseur, avec des escaliers un peu difficiles, surtout vers la fin. pensez à dire si vous avez des problèmes pour monter les marches pour qu'ils vous donnent une chambre à un autre étage.
Organisation de la chambre à revoir, pas de prise pour la bouilloire au niveau de la table, mais à l'opposé de la chambre, prises que d'un côté du lit, au niveau du mur, donc pensez à vos rallonges pour charger le téléphone (ou prises au pied du lit qui font un obstacle quand un câble y est branché.

We had a wonderful stay at Lancaster Court Hotel in Paddington. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.

The hotel itself was very comfortable. The rooms were cozy and provided everything we needed to relax after a long day of exploring.

One of the best parts was the location — being so close to the metro made it incredibly easy to get to the city center quickly and conveniently. It made sightseeing stress-free and very enjoyable.

We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and friendly service!

Cortesia personale, sempre presenti alla reception h24 e sempre gentili e disponibili, posizione, smarttv in camera

Cons:

Stanza piccola per 4 persone, letti matrimoniali che in realtà somigliano piu a letti 1 piazza e 1/2.
Moquette in camera .. non dico altro

Great location. Staff where friendly and welcoming

Cons:

On top floor with no lifts. Room was too small for family with a grown up. Not what was stated on write up of hotel prior to booking and also if booking this hotel make sure you have Photo Id on arrival to confirm your booking and be prepared to pay a deposit incase of damage to room

La ubicación es excelente.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación estaba ubicada en el quinto piso y tuvimos que subir los cinco niveles por una escalera angosta, cargando nuestras maletas, lo cual resultó bastante incómodo.

Al llegar nos pidieron una tarjeta en la cual retuvieron 100 libras como "garantia" ante posibles daños durante nuestra estadía, el hotel es antiguo y con instalaciones frágiles, esto nos generó preocupación, especialmente porque los cargos por posibles roturas eran excesivamente elevados.

La habitación era muy pequeña lo cual se notaba en las fotos, pero si llevan muchas maletas es posible que se les complique la movilidad dentro del cuarto.

Una noche, al regresar, no había agua caliente para bañarnos. Al consultar en recepción, nos explicaron que la caldera que abastece las duchas funciona con un temporizador y que recien lo habían vuelto a prender, por lo que debíamos esperar a que volviera a calentar el agua. Esto ocurrió en pleno invierno. Además, no había calefacción dentro de las habitaciones.

Las paredes y pisos son bastante delgados y se escuchaban las conversaciones y ruidos de otras habitaciones.
