Great convenient hotel.
Pros:

Nice quiet street, comfortable room, bed and bathroom.
The Onsen was fantastic, especially after walking around all day.

Cons:

A 7 min walk to the station, but it didn’t bother us that much.

Excellent value for money, though a bit far from public transport.
Pros:

This is a hotel with great character. The combination of a Japanese set meal with a Western buffet for breakfast, along with the large public bath, really added to the enjoyment of our trip.

The staff were very enthusiastic and spoke fluent English.

Also, the price was very reasonable.

Cons:

It is a little far from the subway station. The only exit with an elevator is even further away, which was a bit inconvenient when dragging heavy luggage.

Also, the self-service laundry machines were incredibly popular. We had to constantly monitor the availability status on our room TV just to find a chance to wash our clothes (lol).

i love how easy it was to find the location is convenient close to a lot of things. i had an amazing experience the staff was friendly, the overall hotel is beautiful. i would love to come back and stay again. would recommend this hotel to my friends

清潔感があり、スタッフの対応がよかった。
朝食が美味しかった。（売店のアイスも美味しかったです。）
落ち着いた外観・内観が京都の街並みにあっていた。
京都駅前の関連ホテルからの荷物の配送は便利だった。（ただ、もう少し安いと嬉しい。家族で行くと荷物数があるので）
